They walk in silence,
Taught to hide the cracks,
Taught that tears don't belong to them.
No one sees the weight they carry,
The pressure to be unbreakable.
Fear, doubt,
Swallowed whole,
Because "boys don't cry."
They stand tall in a world
That never asks if they need a hand.
Behind the smiles,
Behind the jokes,
Lies the truth no one speaks:
Sometimes,
They just want to be seen
For who they are
Without the covering.
