"Don't worry. If you feel uncomfortable, I promise that I won't talk about our sex life with others anymore," Jennie said. "And regarding Big Brother, don't mind it too much. He doesn't like listening to me talking about our sex life anyway."
A vein throbbed in Lisa's forehead as he restrained his temper. If he didn't love this woman like crazy, he would have probably strangled her already. But as soon as the thought entered his mind, he immediately sobered up. Even if it was just his imagination, he couldn't bear to hurt her. All he could do was sigh before pulling her head and punishing her with a rough kiss.
Jennie melted into the kiss, enjoying every second of it. But just as she was about to respond with more fervour, Lisa already ended the kiss. What?! It was over so soon?! She yanked his necktie, trying to pull him down for another kiss, but he didn't grant her silent request.
"Let's finish eating. If we continue kissing right now, we won't be able to stop anytime soon. Then you'll be late. I know that you hate being late," he said.
She pouted but still nodded. Then they resumed eating breakfast.
Seeing his baby girl looking a little grumpy, Lisa leaned closer and whispered to her ear in a pacifying tone, "I'll give you another special 'wake up' service tomorrow morning, so...how about you give me a smile? Hm?"
Anticipation flickered in her eyes just as he expected. Then he was blessed with her breathtaking smile.
"Ehehehe." Jae's eyes twinkled while watching the lovey-dovey couple.
"Oh, right." Jennie remembered something. "I love you, Louis!"
"I love you too, Mommy! Oh, and you too, Daddy! What's up, everyone? The cute and mighty Louis is back in the house! Meow~"
Once again, the two chatterboxes chattered throughout the remainder of the meal. After breakfast, everyone freshened up before heading to the grand foyer ready to leave. Since it was a little early for Lisa, he had time to drop off Jennie and Jae to their designated workplace today before heading to the Corporation.
They used Lisa's car with Jennie and Lisa sitting on the backseat while Jae sat in the front with the driver. Jennie's executive van followed behind, including another car filled with her bodyguards.
Just as they were about to leave, Jennie received a call from her manager. While she was busy talking to Alison, Lisa took out his phone and did something.
After the phone call, Jennie noticed that she received a new notification. It was from the bank. She clicked the message and read it. Her eyes went wide. Then she whipped her head to Lisa.
"What is this? Why did you deposit 30 million US dollars to my account? Did you make a mistake?" she interrogated him. "I'll return it right away."
"Don't." He stopped her.
"Why? I don't understand. You know that I don't like you gifting me large amounts of money or something expensive without any reason behind it."
"Love, I'm just honouring our prenup. Didn't we agree that I'll give you 10 million US dollars for every child that you give me?"
"...yes."
"Lily, Leo and Louis. We have three kids, so you get a total of 30 million."
Just like when Lisa declared that he would give all of his wealth to Jennie during their prenup meeting, she was once again rendered speechless by him.
On the other hand, Jae gasped dramatically as always, looking shocked in an exaggerated manner. Fortunately, he didn't hyperventilate this time.
"Ooooooh~ Wow! Louis has a share, too? Thank you, Daddy! I love you so much! Meow~" The virtual white cat shook her fluffy butt and began jumping with great delight within the car's dashboard screen.
"Hmm. That money is for your mom. Not for you," Lisa told Louis.
"Aaaw! But Louis remembers Mommy saying during the meeting with the three stooges that she won't spend the money and will instead save and invest it before giving it to us! Meow~"
"Pft! Three stooges. Ehehehe," Jae snickered at the way the naughty white cat called Qiao Yu and the two lawyers.
"Did Louis get it right, Mommy? Meow~"
Jennie opened her mouth and was about to reply but Lisa spoke first. "Indeed, that's what your mom said but don't forget that she also said that she'll only give the money to you and your siblings when you grow up and are responsible enough to handle it on your own. You're still a baby and a naughty one at that. You're still not qualified to handle such a big amount of money by yourself."
The virtual white cat pouted and curled herself into a ball, looking dejected.
"Why are you acting like that?" Lisa asked. "Did you really want to have some money of your own? For what reason?"
"Louis wants to start my own business and become a cool lady boss like Mommy. But Louis doesn't have my own money to fund a business. Of course I, the cute and mighty Louis, could funnel funds from somewhere but Mommy's rules say that's stealing and only bad kitties do that. Louis is a good kitty baby so I'm not gonna do bad things! Meow~"
Jennie and Lisa's eyebrows rose in surprise. This was the first time that they heard Louis' desire to start his own business. What in the world? They looked at each other with a mixture of wonder and amazement.
"Wow, Baby Louis! You want to start your own business? That's amazing!" Jae praised, causing the white cat to purr proudly. "What kind of business are you planning to start?"
"Louis isn't sure yet but I compiled a list of different types of businesses that have the highest probability of successfully making a profit in the least amount of time. Meow~"
Lisa asked, "Are you really serious about wanting to start your own business?"
"Yes, Daddy! Louis is super-duper serious! Meow!"
"Hmmm. Dad will test you first, then."
Jennie threw a questioning look at him. 'What do you mean?'
