Emma Keenan's POV
After I saw Riley, my best friend, die at the robotic hands of an animatronic, I was pretty shaken. We were in a room with a bridge across a lagoon, and after that was a forest, where you could see the door. "Be careful." The rope bridge swayed, as we gingerly stepped on the bridge. Halfway across, a scream rang out through the silence. "Help!" Amanda Wilhelm was hanging from the bridge, her eyes pleading. "Amanda!" Adam ran to her aid, but just before he grabbed her hand, the Mosasaur grabbed her in its huge jaws and dragged her beneath the water. Adam collapsed and broke down crying. I walk over to him and hug him. "It'll be fine." He stands up and we hear a loud roar. The Indominus Rex appears from behind the trees, and we run towards the end of the room. "Run!" Calvin screamed as the Indominus Rex snaps him up in her jaws. Christopher shouts, "Calvin!" I grab his hand and pull him away from the massive dinosaur. We shut the door and the Indominus Rex leaves a dent in the door. "H-he was m-my cousin..." Christopher whispers and I hug him. "But he's gone, and he is everything to my aunt and uncle." I nod. "It's no use moping; there's nothing we can do now." He nods. "Let's do this."
