The Final Showdown (Chapter 9)

Flynasalx stares at the horizon with their sharp teeth grinning and serious-looking eyes. In sync, they march ahead with their legs, fortunately, Orb Drumsturdy isn't that far away.

Magus and Rover watch them depart in a stunning matter, Magus begins to overthink if he made a mistake but attempts to remember what Flysabi said before they became Flynasalx, he has to count on them to save Planet Krud from an Orb turned Monster Turned Krud hybrid. He hops on Rover and follows them.

As Orb Drumsturdy searches the tall grass, he hears something rustling. He turned around and his face became shocked and confused. Orb Drumsturdy is confronted by Flynasalx.

Flynasalx (Flynn): "Now we are even!"

Wasabi takes control of the fusion, he seems upset at Drumsturdy.

Flynasalx (Wasabi): "Captain! What you are doing is unacceptable! Give up or Else!"

Orb Drumsturdy responded.

Orb Drumsturdy: "General, do not interfere!"

Flynasalx (Flynn): "We're serious Drumsturdy, you better listen to General! Can't believe I'm saying it!"

Orb Drumsturdy: "Then get through me!"

Orb Drumsturdy charged towards Flynasalx as they prepared to fight. Orb Drumsturdy sets out his first attack only but Flynasalx swish past him. He turns around and charges back and fist punches the back of Flynasalx and collapses on the ground. They quickly rose in anger, letting out a roar which Orb Drumsturdy roars back.

Flynasalx rushes and throws out a punch which Orb Drumsturdy misses. He grabs their arm and attempts to throw a punch at them but they also grab his arm. The two stare at each other, wrestling. Flynasalx pushes Orb Drumsturdy away who prevents himself from falling by keeping his balance.

Orb Drumsturdy spotted a nearby flower and grabbed it, ripping it out. He intends to use it as a weapon and jumps back to Flynasalx and smacks them with it.

"SMACK!"

He grabs their leg and throws them away.

As they land on the ground, they search the area to find themselves a weapon and spot a flower. Being Verigreen they hate getting their flowers destroyed and ruined as Alex didn't want to do this but decided to proceed.

Flynasalx (Alex): "Don't worry, father. I'll plant some more when this is done."

They ripped the stem out of the ground and got back up, running back to Orb Drumsturdy, dealing with the blow.

"SMACK!"

Orb Drumsturdy hits back at them, making them slide back. Flynasalx Jumps aiming to slap Orb Drumsturdy, who takes out his flower and it collides with the other, Flynasalx lands. Drumsturdy uses the orb's power to fuse with the flower his holding. This allows him to morph his hands with flowery whips.

He lassos Flynasalx, unable to break free and was then spun around, upon release. Synapse's "whoas" are heard during that moment. As they attempt to regain their control, they collapse on the ground. They take a minor breather, inhaling in and out.

Orb Drumsturdy marches towards Flynasalx. They spot his shadow from the grass and turn, he is about to attack them but they're not giving up that quick. They hissed and pounced at him and wrestled. The two looked angry and struggled to see who would fall first.

Flynasalx (Wasabi): "What is wrong with you!?"

Orb Drumsturdy: "Wrong with me? This is exactly what I wanted, to become a stronger krud!"

Flynasalx (Wasabi): "Doesn't have to be fusion to get stronger!"

Flynasalx (Flynn): "I thought you wanted to defeat the orb! We saw you trying to fight it but you got outmatched!"
