Sand Pov

I walked out of my apartment with my bag in hand. I took my keys and made my way down to my car. A smirk formed on my face when I recalled what happened yesterday. About what happened with Ray. I don't know why I tried so hard proving something to that kid. I shook my thoughts away when I sat behind the wheel.

"Focus Sand focus," I said to myself, starting the engine. I soon drove off heading to another day of university.

I walked through the hallways trying to get to my first class. I noticed Boston talking to some girl. I did a half laugh, walking up to him. I came up beside him and the girl's eyes stared at me. Boston turned to me and gasped.

"Omg Sand, I thought you were a ghost!" he shouted in the hallway and the girl's eyes looked at us. I pinched his side to make him yelp. I apologized to the girl and dragged Boston with me.

"Come on, let's get to class," I said and he stopped. I looked back at him and his expression was more than confused. He held his spot and he wasn't moving until I told him.

"Okay I need to tell you something but there are too many onlookers," I winked and he understood. We both walked to class side by side. We still had about 20 minutes before class starts.

Boston grabbed a chair and pulled up next to me. He looked like he was about to get told the most amazing news ever. I let out a breath but made sure there was no one. Boston looked around too but when there was no one so he leaned closer.

"Come on, just say it already," he said, "it's not like you fucked someone," my eyes widen at his statement. He paused and looked at him closely. "Wait really, omg. You fucked someone?" he was surprised and if anyone was in the classroom, they sure would of heard.

"No I didn't...well not entirely," I was confused myself and I could tell Boston was hella confused as well. I really didn't know how to explain it but I will try.

"Well? What did you do, then?" he asked curiously but lost at the same time.

"Well...I made him hate me," I paused to see Boston look at me, "I got him worked up but didn't finish." Boston's face immediately changed from being curious to being surprised.

"I didn't know you were like that," he spoke and I could hear all the honesty. I shook my head at what he said. I wasn't like that but I have no idea why I did it.

"I don't know why I did it," I said and I leaned back into my chair. Boston scratched the back of his neck, thinking. I sighed, rubbing my forehead. I tried thinking of something else but it stayed in my mind.

The bell rang minutes later. Me and Boston after our talk went on our phones to pass the time. But no matter what I do his face, body, moans stick in my mind. I looked over at Boston to see him eyeing some girls. I nudged his shoulder and he got out of his thoughts. I chuckled, doing a soft smile.

The teacher came in and announced that we have a new student in this class room. He said that the student just switched classes. I could care less so I leaned on my hand. I could see Boston got curious because he sits in front of me so I can see everything he does. I sighed and just wanted this day to end. Then the person came in. My eyes were closed so I didn't see who it was yet. But all I heard was a lot of noises from my classmates. I groaned and pushed myself up and opened my eyes. Then my eyes fell on the figure. Ray...he is here.

"Okay, now introduce yourself to your new classmates," the teacher said. I looked to Boston and he could care less. I bet he was hoping it was a girl.

"My name is Ray," was all he said but the girls still went crazy. His tone of voice was cold and he looked like he didn't want to be here.

"Okay Ray, we have only one spot open and that's next to Sand," I froze everything stopped. It felt like time was frozen and only me and Ray could move. We both looked at each other, like he knew where I was. "Hello Sand, raise your hand so Ray knows who you are," I got back into reality and raised my hand up.

I noticed a small smirk form onto his lips. Boston looked back to me, wondering what happened. I shook my head at him and he understood I would tell him later. Ray walked over to me and sat down on my right side. I cursed under breath but that didn't go unnoticed.

"I heard that...what are the chances we will sit together?" he chuckled in amusement. I could care less so I faced the board. The teacher started the lesson and I knew this would be a long day.

I put my head down on the desk. My head resting on my hands. I closed my eyes, only listening. I barely put in the work which makes most think I would fail. I'm the top of the class and that surprises most. But I'm getting impatient with this. I groaned, picking up my head. I put my body weight against the chair. I heard a small chuckle coming from Ray. That made me mad and I snapped out of nowhere. I'm so tired of him coming into my mind and now into my life.

"Damn it!" I shouted, banging my hands against the table. I stood up and my chair tipped over. Everything stopped and all eyes looked at me. Boston was confused but I couldn't do this right now.

I walked right out the classroom, not looking back once. I was so done. I know it was my fault that Ray was lingering in my mind. But I thought I would forget by now but no, he haunts me. I banged the locker when I heard the door open. I thought it would be Boston but Ray showed up. He looked happy for no reason.

"You know what I call this," I saw him cross his arms, leaning on the lockers. "Karma, it's simple," he had a smile on his face, like he was enjoying this.

"Go to hell," I said, bluntly and he chuckled. I saw him shake his head, walking back into the classroom. I wanted to punch him right now but I couldn't. "I hate him."
