-Grey POV-

I pull into Omega's driveway as he was showing my kids a snake. My eyes widen as I see it's a Cottonmouth which makes my left ear twitch. "Omega!" I yell and he quickly runs away with the snake. As I sprint after him I stop in front of my children. "Did you two touch the snake?" I ask.

"No Papa. Uncle Omega just wanted to show us what a Cottonmouth was." Liliana says and I rub their heads.

"Good." I say and sprint after Omega who tossed the snake far into the woods.

"You can't even be mad anymore! I don't have it!" Omega yells as I run faster.

"Get back here so I can thank you for showing them!" I yell as I sprint faster.

"How are you so fucking fast?!" He yells and I growl. I leap at him only to be pulled back by shadows.

"Grey! Is this any way to act in front of your children?!" Morgana asks and I look at her.

"He was holding a Cottonmouth in front of them!" I yell and she lets me go.

"Grey...take the kids inside and enjoy a cookie they made for you." She says neutrally and I quickly nod out of fear.

"Come on kids!" I say and scoop them up as I rush to the house.

"Grey don't go! Don't leave me!!!!" Omega yells as I enter the house. I walk into the kitchen and put my kids down.

"Papa look at the cookies we made for you!" Liliana says and they grab a small plate. I smile as I see a crudely drawn wolf out of frosting.

"That's you Papa!" Zane cheers as I see it has a red cape. "Because you're Super Wolf! The caped crime fighting wolf!" He adds while doing a superhero pose.

"Your Papa is just a normal guy you two." I say and they look shocked.

"No! Susie says you're a Super Dad because you're taking care of us! Just like her Mama looks after her!" Liliana yells and I smile. "You're our hero Papa." She says and I hug them tightly.

"I don't deserve you two." I say and they hug me back. I grab a cookie and eat it with a big smile.

"Look Papa! Aunt Morgana helped us with a drawing!" Liliana says and grabs a piece of paper. On it are crudely drawn pictures of us, with me holding their hands with our house in the back. "That's you, that's Zane, and that's me! That's our house in the back with the horses running through the fields!" She says excitedly.

"It's amazing you two. I'll have to put it up on the fridge when we get home." I say and their tails wag super fast.

-hours later-

I exit my kids room quietly as I just put them into bed. I go into the kitchen and put the picture on the fridge. I smile and answer my phone as it rings. "Hello?" I say.

"Hey Grey. How are you and the kids?" My ex asks.

"None of your business. How did you get this number?" I ask growling lowly.

"That's not important. How are you? How is your head?" She asks and I growl lowly.

"Oh fuck off. Don't call me ever again, you abandoned us, and the kids don't want to see you." I growl as my ear flicks out of anger.

"Oh Grey. Still holding a grudge huh?" She asks and I begin to snarl.

-Evelynn POV small-

I jump slightly as Akali shakes me awake making me look around. "Hey we're about to land." She says and I get up to stretch. "This guy must be important to you." She adds and I nod.
