(Warning) near forced puking and pills)

Bakugo led Arisa into the dimly lit hallway, the atmosphere heavy with tension. As soon as they reached a secluded corner, Arisa crumpled to the floor, tears streaming down her cheeks. It was a familiar scene for Bakugo, one that often unfolded during her split episodes.
"Are you trying to get expelled?!" Bakugo shouted, his voice echoing off the walls, his eyes ablaze with frustration. He towered over her, a storm of anger and concern.
Arisa buried her face in her trembling hands, the weight of her emotions spilling over. "I'm just pissed! My friends at my old school didn't treat me like that!" she exclaimed, her voice cracking with despair.
"This is high school! What did you expect? Everyone to welcome you with open arms?" Bakugo retorted, watching helplessly as his sister spiraled further into her breakdown.
"Did you forget to take your medication this morning?" he probed, noticing the instability in her demeanor, a clear sign that something was off.
The question ignited a fire within Arisa, and she shoved her brother's chest with all her might. "Don't even think about it! You know how I feel about pills! They have too many side effects and they make me feel like a zombie!" she shouted, her anger palpable.
"Damnit, Arisa! This isn't an option! You have to take your prescription. I'm calling mom to come deal with you because I'm not doing this!" Bakugo declared, reaching for his phone, but Arisa was quick to react, smacking it from his hand, sending it crashing to the floor.
His fury ignited, Bakugo stared at the shattered screen, his gaze snapping back to Arisa, whose anxiety surged at the sight of his wrath. In an instant, part of her quirk activated, transforming her into a small child-like version of herself.
"What the hell Arisa!" Bakugo yelled, instinctively reaching out for her as she darted between his legs, surprisingly quick despite her diminutive size.
"Get back here now!" he called again, chasing after her down the corridor.
Knowing he was closing in, Arisa spotted an open locker and, in a flash, squeezed herself inside, slamming the door shut just as Bakugo rounded the corner.
"Do you think I won't get in there?!" he bellowed, pounding on the metal door, his frustration boiling over.
Inside the locker, Arisa felt the familiar stir of fear and panic. "Stop! You're scaring me!" she pleaded, her heart racing at the thought of his temper, which was notorious for being explosive. Arisa had always been sensitive to loud sounds, so Bakugo's temper often triggered her.
Realizing he couldn't use his usual methods without risking her safety, Bakugo called for Kirishima over who was just now leaving the cafeteria. "Get over here! I need your help!"
Kirishima arrived, confusion etched on his face. "Uh, Bakugo... what's going on?"
"Just get the door off!" Bakugo snapped, urgency in his voice.
With a swift motion, Kirishima used his quirk to bend the locker door, fully exposing Arisa from her confinement. As soon as the door swung open, Bakugo reached in, yanking her out by her shirt. "No!!" she squealed, startled by his fierce grip.
"Tell Sensei I'll be back," he ordered Kirishima, determination etched on his features as he dragged Arisa down the hall, her protests falling on deaf ears.
"Let go!! Kat, I'm not taking those pills!!" she screamed, her small form wriggling in his grasp, but Bakugo remained resolute, knowing this battle was one he had fought many times before.
Finally, they reached the nurse's office, Bakugo barging in without hesitation.
"Can I help you?" Recovery Girl asked, raising an eyebrow at the chaotic scene.
"He's trying to drug me!" Arisa cried, still in her child-like state, her voice shaky.
"My sister didn't take her meds. Mom said she dropped extra during opening house," Bakugo explained, still holding tightly to Arisa, who was kicking and squirming in protest.
"Oh yes, Arisa Bakugo, right?" Recovery Girl replied, rifling through her drawer filled with various medications that belonged to many different students.
"I'm not taking it!!" Arisa screamed, her defiance unwavering as she continued to lash out, desperate to escape the situation.

As Recovery Girl meticulously sorted through her supplies, Bakugo's frustration mounted. He gripped Arisa's arms tightly, forcing her to sit on the small bed, her protests echoing in the cramped room.
"Katsuki, I said no!!!" Arisa's voice was a mix of anger and fear as she kicked and squirmed, trying to break free from his grasp. Bakugo, unwavering, pushed her down and used his forearm to pin her in place, the tension palpable between them. Arisa's eyes darted around, searching for a way to escape, but her brother's strength was overwhelming.
"Stop acting like a damn child!" Bakugo barked, his voice sharp as he turned to Recovery Girl, desperation creeping into his tone. "Can you just hand me the pill?"
"Are you sure you don't want me to do it?" Recovery Girl replied, concern etched on her face.
"unless you can handle getting bitten," he shot back, snatching the small white pill from her hand with a grim determination.
Arisa's gaze locked onto the pill, dread washing over her as she felt the heat of Bakugo's sweat drip onto her forehead, a physical reminder of his exertion to keep her still. "Mom said you're not allowed to force me anymore!" she shouted, her voice cracking with emotion.
"Yeah, well, you broke my damn phone, so I'm the only one here. Open your mouth!" Bakugo demanded, thrusting the pill closer as Arisa hyperventilated, panic rising within her.
"Go fuck yourself!" she retorted defiantly, her spirit unyielding despite her predicament.
Bakugo, fed up with her tantrum, pinched her nose, forcing her to gasp for air. Seizing the moment, he quickly tossed the pill into her mouth, clamping his hands over hers to prevent her from spitting it out as she thrashed about.
"Did you swallow?" he asked, his voice a mix of irritation and anger. Arisa nodded, her eyes pleading for him to release her.
The moment he let her up, she immediately tried to induce vomiting, her fingers clawing at the back of her throat.
"No you don't!" Bakugo growled, smacking her hand so hard that it blistered.
"You're not allowed to hit me either!!!" Arisa cried, tears brimming in her eyes, desperate for the ordeal to end.
"Do you want me to call your mother?" Recovery Girl interjected, her voice calm yet firm.
"It'll be fine. She'll calm down shortly. But she needs to be watched for a bit so she doesn't force herself to puke," Bakugo reassured, his expression softening slightly as he let her sit back down on the bed.
"She can stay here, and I'll handle it. You can get back to class," Recovery Girl said, a hint of authority in her tone.
"I hate you...I want to go home to mom..." Arisa whimpered, her voice small, the weight of her age regression evident in her words.
With a resigned sigh, Bakugo left his sister in the capable hands of the nurse, heading back to class. As he entered Aizawa's classroom, the curious stares of his classmates met him, their expressions a mix of concern and confusion.
"Bakugo, you good bro?" Kirishima asked, his voice laced with worry.

Bakugo looked so beat up. He had scratches on his arms and face, his hair was more of a mess than usual, and he looked pissed as all hell.

"Piss off..." Bakugo muttered, making his way to his desk, irritation simmering beneath the surface as he tried to shake off the chaos of the morning.
