After My parents left me alone in this world. My aunt took my custody. I was raised by her until I turned 13 and once she secured all of my father's property, everything changed. She changed. The loving woman I thought she was disappeared, revealing her true self. cold, selfish, and cruel. She started showing off her real personality. And that was awful.

But it wasn't just her. Her son, my cousin, became a nightmare as soon as I hit my teenage years. His dirty stare at my chest my butt I'd never forget. One day when I was alone in my room studying after a lot of work given to me, he came into my room and forcefully kissed me. My lips were swollen red and it was hurt. I pushed him on the ground and ran to my Aunt but I was so embarrassed and feeling humiliated that I couldn't talk.

I couldn't tolerate it anymore and the next day ended up running away from the house. I didn't know where I was going, but anywhere was better than there.

Present

If I stay here any longer I might die from the panic attack this man is giving me by flashing all my old, worse memories back. I didn't say anything cuz I knew if I did I won't be able to stop crying. I somehow managed myself to look at his cold and emotionless glaze.

"Would u like to drink some water miss Jennie??" he said with his usual calm deep voice. Nodding I grabbed the glass of water in front of me. And gulped down the whole glass of water in one go before gasped heavily. My past is my nightmare. Sometimes I hate my existence because of my past.

"So what's your decision?" he spoke again. I looked at him with tears in my eyes that were holding tears hard.

"Well I'm not sure actually...." I dont know what to say. My mind is swirling.

"That's what I hate." he leaned forward slightly. "I thought you were quite straightforward judging by your face." He just judges my face? I narrowed my eyes.

"So let me clear something" He again said with his steady voice without letting me reply.

"Okay" I finally replied. My voice is weaker than I'd like.

"Your apartment owner gave you 7 days' time? Till then u have to find a new home?" This was embarrassing for real. It's humiliating, but I just nod.

"So did u find any" of course I didn't thats why I'm here for the first place not expecting something like this what this man is offering.

"Well no no yet..." I admit, my voice is small.

"U dont have time for this anymore"

"I know." I know that and I don't know what to do now.

"So u just have to give me 1 year of yourself in exchange of $5M and a house to live + all facilities for a year" He crossed his arms now leaning back. I widened my eyes. I looked down, gripped the pillow on my pillow and bit my lips down. A house to live in too? And the amount is enough for me to buy a house and for all my university expenses. But I need to sacrifice my one year and my virginity. I looked up to him.

"What's the condition and rules btw?" I finally said. I'm still not sure or agree. I'm just curious about the rules. He gave me a look like he won against me. I brought out his phone from his blazer pocket and dialed something before calling someone. He might have missed a call.

Just moments later the door beside us was opened by someone. It was Mr. Park Jimin. He didn't even look at me and handed him a file and left the room like he didn't even know me and never met with me. He looked over at them and handed them to me.

"Read by yourself" I took a deep breath before handing those files by myself and flipping through pages for searching the rules page skipping the rest. My eyes stopped when they saw the page written rules and conditions.

Rules and Conditions.

1. No Public Displays of Affection:

Despite being married, they will not act like a couple in public or private. No holding hands, kissing, or any form of affection outside the bedroom is permitted.

2. Respect for Privacy:

Both must respect each other's personal space and privacy. They are free to have separate rooms, and no one is allowed to invade the other's personal life unless mutually agreed.

3. Physical Intimacy:

Physical intimacy is allowed only when Party A initiates it, but it must remain purely transactional. Party B has the right to refuse if she feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

4. No Dating or External Relationships:

Neither party is allowed to date or engage in any romantic or intimate relationships with anyone else during the contract period. This rule ensures exclusivity.

5. Social Discretion:

The marriage is to remain as discreet as possible. They will not publicly flaunt their relationship or discuss the nature of their arrangement with others.

6. Financial Agreement:

Party B will receive $5 million, and all her living expenses, including a house, will be covered for the year. This amount will be paid in installments, with the final payment upon completion of the contract.

7. Duration:

The marriage is valid for one year. After the year is over, both parties will separate with no further obligations to each other.

8. No Emotional Manipulation:

Both agree not to manipulate or guilt the other into actions or decisions outside of the agreed-upon terms. This includes not using emotional tactics to bend any of the rules.

9. No Falling in Love:

Both parties agree that emotional attachment or falling in love is strictly prohibited. This is a business transaction, and feelings are not allowed to develop.

10.Termination Clause:

If either party breaches the agreement (such as falling in love, dating, or violating privacy), the contract can be terminated, and Party B will forfeit the remaining payments. Party A, in turn, will lose access to her companionship for the remainder of the year.
