Chapter 13: 🌪️ Tornado in her eyes 🌪️

When Aria woke up she was still mad at Macks Wife who was nothing but a crazy person. But she was glad that Sookie was uninjured but she still feels like Sookie attracts bad luck or people are trying to hurt her and the people she loves. I wake up stretching and gently getting up to leave without disturbing anyone but Gran heard her stirring awake and said "good morning Aria." She smiled walking into grans kitchen and she can smell the spices that they used in the sausage and she feels and smells things more distinct before she really didn't bother. She is moaning at the smell of grans cooking but gran chuckles saying "I think someone is hungry would you like to stay for breakfast?" I nodded walking up to gran giving her a hug while she is finishing up cooking and Aria is saying "bless you Adele Stackhouse" she looks at Aria and said "Its gran for you because you and Sookie are really good friends."
Sookie finally comes down from her room and smiles when she sees gran talking Aria's ears off with gossip and news. "Good morning Gran and Aria." Gran gets up and gets Sookie some breakfast. Sookie whispers "Aria did you sleep okay?" Aria blushes furiously at the mention of sleep because she had some wild dreams with a certain Eric Northman. She looks at Sookie and said "yeah surprisingly I slept okay I am just worried that something big is coming Sookie." When she said that Gran got a phone call that "there was a tornado that hit the Rattrays home crushing Mack and his wife." Aria looks at sookie and shoots her a look and Sookie and her decided that they should take a trip to see the damage that the "tornado" caused. They stood in disbelief about how Bill destroyed there house and sure enough they were laying under the house crushed to a pulp. Sookie started to get disgusted with the smell so Aria offered to leave so they don't have to smell it anymore. But by the time they cross under the police tape that said "Police do not cross" she chuckles as they got in trouble with Bud and the weird coroner guy that gave Sookie and Aria chills. Sookie said something along the lines that it "was weird that he owns the funeral home and that he was the corner now." The guy just chuckles and Aria nudges Sookie "Sook maybe we should get going we have to help Gran."
A short trip later they arrive back at Grans~

As soon as they get inside the house Gran is vacuuming and it's hurting Arias ears since they are sensitive and they walk into the house. When they walked into the living room Aria asks "Sookie and Gran if they can smell that rotting smell?" Gran responds by saying "be a good girl and find that I don't want my house smelling bad." Aria moves the piano bench and there was a stale cheese it with a bit of mold on it she holds it up. Gran looks at her in disbelief of how she could smell that tiny piece of food that was rotting but she was proud of Aria finding it for her.

A couple minutes later~
Sookie gets a call from Sam if she could check in on Dawn she missed her shift that started 20 minutes ago so Aria tagged along with Sookie feeling like something is off. As soon as they get to her place Sookie knocks on the door "Dawn sweetie you slept past your alarm your shift started a long time ago." Aria tried to listen and hear an alarm going off so she opened the door and told Sookie "Stay behind me just in case." Sookie nods while Aria opens the door nothing looks in disarray just two open bottles of beer in her living room table. As soon as she step foot in her house she could smell death and she didn't want to believe that anything bad happened she walks into the bedroom and Dawn is in her underwear laying in her bed sideways with the alarm clock blaring. She walks closer and noticed Dawn was not breathing at all. Sookie lets out a gasp and so did Aria but she heard some noises she told Sookie to stay behind her. She growls to the noise but it turns out it was Jason with flowers with Dawn he looks at Dawn and starts crying. I tell him to walk out the door so he doesn't have to see her and he went out to the steps meanwhile Sookie called the cops and Aria did the respectful thing and put a sheet over her dead friend. She accidentally touched Dawn when putting the sheet on and got a vision of hands strangling her. When she got out of the vision she had fire behind her eyes and thats when Sookie saw anger swirling in Arias eyes. Sookie saw the girls eyes turn a yellow shade and Aria looked like she was fighting something off. "Aria are you okay your eyes are changing colors?" She shook her head no she said "she is fighting off a shift." So Sookie did the dumbest thing and hugged her and that seemed to stop her from trying to shift. They both walked out of the room and out of the house waiting for Bud and Andy to arrive to the crime scene when they were there the people of Bon Temps showed up and started gossiping and Aria could hear there thoughts. Someone said that "Sookie and Aria were coming to check up on Dawn and Jason was looking guilty with flowers."
Aria sighed and hung her head defeated by the loss of her dear friend. Bud and Andy rudely told Sookie and Aria to get out of the way so the corner could come out with Dawns body after they took pictures after they took her away they brought the girls back into the crime scene and Andy asks "Was the front door unlocked or ajar or broken into that you could notice?" Aria said "that Sam called us to check on Dawn to see if she overslept and Sookie knocked on the door and the door was open so we went to check on her." Andy asks "Was the body disturbed in anyway?" Aria said that "she put a sheet on her best friend because she would not want any people seeing her the way she was." Andy huffs out an agitated sigh being disappointed in Aria with what she did. Aria couldn't take it anymore and walked out and she could hear the corners dirty thoughts about Dawn how she was such a beauty and a good looker. She was freaking out and her eyes were changing color again and Sam hugged her from behind and that seemed to stop her from shifting into a wolf.
She leans into Sam's hug and she tells him "that she isn't doing well mentally she was drained from the people dying. She also told him that she thinks Sookie is in danger " and Sam nodded and told her to conserve her words. That day Merlotte's was closed in memory of Dawn and Aria drove Sookie back home. When they arrived she listened inside the house to make sure that no one bad was around or in the house. When they got back it was night and Bill was waiting for Sookie to comfort her better than I can. They went inside and I walked back to the woods and shifted into her wolf and let out a sad howl but she didn't know that a certain vampire in a bar could hear his sad little wolf cry out.
But Aria never let Sookie's house out of her sight no matter what happened or will happen.
