News of the rising death toll spread through Heaven like a shockwave. Each passing day brought reports of more lives claimed by the unknown dark force. Angels and demons alike were unsettled, and whispers of fear and uncertainty grew louder across the realms. Y/N, Sera, and the celestial council knew they could no longer wait — they had to take immediate action to uncover the source behind this devastation.

Gathering in Heaven’s War Chamber, Y/N, Sera, Michael, and Lucifer reviewed the latest reports. It was clear the dark force was growing bolder, its reach spreading unpredictably. The deaths spanned realms indiscriminately, striking down powerful angels, high-ranking demons, and even guardians of the mortal realm.

Lucifer, a pensive frown etched into his features, broke the silence. “This isn’t random. Whoever’s behind this knows precisely where to strike for maximum chaos.”

Michael crossed his arms, his brow furrowed. “The attacks are escalating. Whoever or whatever this is, they’re acting with purpose. But what could be powerful enough to challenge Heaven and Hell alike?”

Y/N nodded, her gaze intense. “I agree. This force is targeting high-value beings, but for what purpose? Control, destruction, or perhaps... something more personal?”

A silence filled the chamber as each being present processed her words. Suddenly, a voice echoed within the chamber — the distant, ancient voice of the Oracle, a celestial being rarely summoned, who existed between realms. The Oracle’s eyes were veiled, her figure obscured as she appeared before the council in a mystical haze.

“There is a tale,” she began, her voice like wind whispering through time. “Of a forgotten entity... one who was cast away before the worlds took form. Neither angel nor demon, neither mortal nor god. A being beyond alignment, holding within them the balance of light and darkness.”

Sera’s eyes narrowed, recognition dawning on her face. “The Shadowed One.”

Lucifer scoffed slightly, though his expression betrayed concern. “The Shadowed One? A myth. That’s nothing but an old tale to scare new recruits into obedience.”

The Oracle’s gaze shifted to Lucifer, her expression unchanged. “You, above all, should know that not every myth is a fable, King of Hell.”

Y/N stepped forward. “So this Shadowed One... it’s not a myth. And if this entity truly exists, it may hold the power to challenge all realms. What is its purpose?”

“The Shadowed One was bound ages ago,” the Oracle replied, “sealed by ancient guardians when the realms were newly formed. It was said that if the balance of realms ever fell into chaos, its prison would weaken, and it would rise again to restore... or destroy.”

Michael spoke up, his face a mask of controlled fear. “If this entity is awakening, it may be feeding off the disorder we’ve allowed to fester between Heaven and Hell. The deaths... they might be fuel, a sacrifice of souls to break the last of its chains.”

Y/N clenched her fists, realizing the gravity of the situation. “Then our goal is clear. We must locate the entity’s prison before it breaks free. Once it’s loose, there’s no telling the devastation it will bring.”

The Oracle nodded. “Seek the place where light and darkness converge, where life and death are indistinguishable. There, you will find the remains of the ancient prison.”

Lucifer looked to Y/N, an unusual glint of worry in his eyes. “This may be our last chance to prevent a catastrophe. Are you ready for this?”

Y/N’s eyes burned with determination. “I’ve faced oblivion before, and I’ll face it again. For all our sakes, we must find this entity and stop it before it’s too late.”

As they prepared to depart, Y/N felt the weight of the council’s collective hope resting on her. She had been a guardian of Nephilim, a commander of Heaven, and a warrior who’d tasted both life and death. Now, her greatest battle awaited, one that would determine the fate of every realm. And somewhere in the darkness, the Shadowed One stirred, its ancient rage simmering as it awaited release.
