Morning After Fajr salah:
Ibrahim and Elif sat at the dining table one morning, the sun filtering through the window and casting a warm glow over their breakfast. Ibrahim, always the mischievous one, started with his usual banter, making suggestive remarks that turned the light-hearted morning into something more intense. Elif, feeling a mix of annoyance and amusement, shot back at him, "Stop saying those Lahawla Quwata things, Ibrahim! Otherwise, I'll beat you with your favorite frying pan!"
Ibrahim feigned shock, a grin spreading across his face. "That's so cruel! Why do you always bring up the frying pan during our talks?" he joked, trying to lighten the mood further. Their playful back-and-forth echoed with laughter, reminiscent of Ezzah and Talha's moments, where gentle teasing transformed into shared smiles and knowing glances. Ezzah, with her nurturing nature, often intervened, reminding them to be more considerate, but she couldn't help but chuckle at their antics.
Just then, Umama and Rehan entered the dining room, catching the tail end of Ibrahim's teasing. "What's going on here? More of Ibrahim's nonsense?"
Rehan grinned, leaning against the doorway. Umama shook her head, a playful smile on her lips. "As if we didn't have enough drama already!" she added, making everyone laugh. Their camaraderie filled the space, wrapping around them like a warm blanket.
After breakfast, the group decided to head to the garden, where beautiful horses grazed peacefully. Elif's eyes sparkled at the sight; she loved the idea of riding them. With Ibrahim by her side, they mounted their horses, while Ezzah and Talha watched, sharing a moment of playful teasing of their own.
Ezzah nudged Talha, her eyes glinting with mischief. "Bet you can't keep up with us!" she challenged, her laughter ringing through the air. Talha smirked, taking her challenge to heart. "Just watch me!" he replied confidently.
As the group took off, the sounds of laughter and galloping hooves filled the air. Elif and Ibrahim rode side by side, enjoying the thrill of the moment, while Ezzah and Talha raced ahead, the bond between them evident as they exchanged playful banter. "You're going to eat my dust!" Ezzah called back to Talha, her hijab streaming behind her like a banner of freedom. Talha responded with a laugh, urging his horse to go faster.
Meanwhile, Umama and Rehan settled on a nearby bench, enjoying the view of their friends. "Look at them go,"
Rehan said, grinning. "It's nice to see everyone having fun."Umama nodded, her expression softening as she watched the joyful chaos. "It reminds me of our early days," she said, her voice wistful. "We were so carefree then." Rehan turned to her, a warm smile on his face. "We still are, just in a different way now," he reassured her, reaching for her hand and squeezing it gently.
However, as they rode, Elif suddenly slipped from her horse. Time seemed to slow down as Ibrahim's heart raced. He rushed to her side, his mind racing with panic. "Elif!" he shouted, kneeling beside her as Ezzah gasped in horror, rushing over to them. Talha and Rehan quickly followed, concern etched on their faces. The air filled with tension as they carefully helped Elif up, but she was clearly in distress.
