Prince Hwa, the beleaguered ruler of the kingdom of Azura of the Korean Dynasty, stood on the Royal Vengeance, overseeing the battle. His gaze drifted away from the carnage, lost in thought.

Flashbacks assaulted him, memories of his kingdom before he set sail for vengeance.

"I don't know why my kingdom is like this," he whispered to himself, anguish etched on his face.

Images of Azura's once-vibrant markets, now reduced to ashes, haunted him. The screams of his people, the scent of smoke and blood, lingered.

"Hwa?" A soft voice whispered from behind him.

He didn't answer, transfixed by the devastation. A gentle touch on his shoulder broke the spell.

He turned, meeting comforting crystal blue eyes – eyes that had once loved him.

"It's not actually Hwa, you know," he said, a hint of laughter in his voice. "My name is actually Seonghwa."

The owner of those blue eyes smiled, concern etched on her face.

"You need to give up the kingdom, Hwa," she urged. "Or else your father is going to destroy everything."

Seonghwa's gaze locked onto hers, his heart heavy.

"I know," he whispered.

But the weight of his responsibilities, the burden of his legacy, held him back.

The flashback shattered, returning Seonghwa to the present.

He stood on the Royal Vengeance, surrounded by the chaos of battle.

Icy's crystal blue eyes, once filled with love and compassion, now blazed with anger.

Her sword lifted, poised for the final blow.

Seonghwa's heart sank. How had it come to this?

The boy who once dreamed of peace now stood on the brink of destruction.

"Seonghwa," Icy whispered, her voice laced with sorrow and anger.

Their gazes met, a silent understanding passing between them.
