We piled into the car, the air thick with tension and confusion. As I started the engine, I couldn't help but glance at the rearview mirror, half-expecting to see that woman again. But all I saw were the worried faces of my friends.

"Okay, spill," I said, turning to the girl who had rushed to us. "What's so important that it can't wait?"

She took a deep breath, her eyes darting around as if she expected someone to jump out at any moment. "There's something you all need to know, and it's going to change everything."

Ori sighed " Oh my god girl just tell us what it is already damn! You acting like one of them bitches from life time or some shit, being all dramatic".

" Ori!" I said

" Nah red. Ori got a point , shorty stalling like a mothafucka" Maya shook her head

" Maya and Ori! Shut up now"

" Yes ma'am" they both said in sync

I turned to the girl "Why do I have to leave Ian ass alone?" I asked, my heart pounding. Ori, Gia, and Maya looked just as confused as I felt.

" Everyone! Why should Anna leave Ian! I'll go first!" Ori said sarcastically " He's a rapist and a narcissist

" He's a master manipulator"

" He pussy. I'll shove my gun down his throat" Maya said

" SHUT UP" I said " Continue your sentence, I'm sorry for the rude ass interruptions" I smiled

The girl sighed, looking around nervously. "There's a lot you don't know about him. If you stay close to him, it could put you all at risk. Trust me, Anna, it's for your own safety."

"Girl, spit it out! How are we in danger?" Ori yelled, his voice shaking with a mix of fear and anger.

" Ori! Let her get the shit out" I said softly

" She keeps repeating the same shit , when she need to be getting straight to the damn point" he rolled his eyes.

" Facts" Maya added

" Oh my god! Let her talk" I said

" Go ahead... talk then sister girl and don't take your precious time" Ori said

The girl looked around nervously, her eyes darting to the shadows outside the car. "I'm the girl Jackson was threatening," she began, her voice barely above a whisper. "They did the same thing to me. They told me if I talk, I'm dead. They have a place in the woods where they take all the girls they hurt. They even sell drugs from there."

" Those nasty bastard bitches" I said folding my arms

"What kind of drugs we talking about? Just regular weed?"Maya asked

The girl shook her head " No.. No... No. They deal the big stuff, they don't sell any type of weed."

"Big drugs as in?" I asked

" Cocaine , Meth, You name it , they got it . It'll take hard Proof for them to get caught doing it"

" Damn Anna , you was fucking with a cartel man and didn't even know it.

" This is not the time to joke right now, we're in so much danger right now.

" How do we know she's telling the truth and that this isn't a trap or something?" Gia said

" Real. Shorty never gave us her name or nothing"

" My name is Hayley." She said lowly, looking out of the window

" Do you stay on campus?" I tilted my head

" Yes, but I've been hiding somewhere else where they can't find me. I was just caught at a bad time with Jackson at the carnival.
