Chapter 30

The next morning when they came knocking on the door, everyone's hands were full of things.

Some were holding red roses, others clenched colorful helium balloons, and a few carried celebratory figurines of a married couple. The ones at the back were holding forty to fifty confetti cannons.

When Lisa opened the door, she was truly taken aback by their grand gesture.

"Ha ha ha! Sister! We're here!"

Liaa looked at them with uncertainty as they entered, still holding onto the things, "What are all these...for?"

"Where's Kook?" Dorayaki squeezed in, "Since Kook has no experience in proposing, we decided to help him organize a unique proposal banquet. Oh, sister, you should go out for a walk and come back when we're ready..."

As he was about to bring the flowers in, he glanced at Lisa's ring finger, noticing the ring she wore. He blinked, "What's going on? Kook moved so fast? Has he already proposed?"

Jungkook had just finished showering, his wet hair still dripping. He grabbed a towel to dry himself as he walked towards the door, casting a glance at the group of people led by Dorayaki before heading into the room. He took out two small red booklets and handed them to the group.

Everyone: "..."

"Oh my god!" Dorayaki threw the flowers in shock and snatched the red booklet from Jungkook's hand, opening it to read, "Oh my god! You just said last night that you're getting married! And today you've already registered your marriage! Why so fast! I haven't even asked about the child yet!"

"The child is my brother's," Lisa explained softly.

The group of people stood shocked at the door, staring for a while before one of them asked, "Kook, did you propose last night?"

Jungkook nodded.

Dorayaki was incredulous, "How did you propose?"

I said we should get married." Jungkook looked at Lisa and reached for her hand, "And Lili agreed."

Everyone: "..."

Dorayaki covered his face, "That's it!?"

"So you went to register this morning?!" another person asked.

"We left at 7 a.m. to jog to the Civil Affairs Bureau." Jungkook used one hand to dry his hair with a towel, tilting his head slightly, his deep voice echoing with a bass tone, "We waited for half an hour before they opened the door."

Everyone: "..."

"You jogged to the Civil Affairs Bureau?!"

Dorayaki was going crazy, "You took sister to register and jogged there?!"

"Yeah," Jungkook nodded, "On the way."

In front of Lisa, Dorayaki and the others didn't dare ask whether he registered on the way or jogged along the way!

Because you never know what outrageous thing Jungkook might say next!

"Why didn't you propose properly? We bought candles, flowers, everything, and even balloons! Confetti cannons! You should have at least organized an unforgettable proposal ceremony for sister!"

Dorayaki pointed to the people behind him, "You see, all of us bought things just to organize a proposal ceremony for you."

"Actually, it's not too late to have one now," another person said.

Everyone nodded in agreement, "Yes, you don't need to worry, we'll take care of it."

"No need," Jungkook refused very seriously, "I've seen many proposal videos, and the girls being proposed to often cry so much."
