Kidnapped At Sea

The seas were calm as the crew went about their daily duties. Some mended the sails, others checked the rudder, while some just leaned against the deck, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The sky was clear, the air salty, and the only sound was the gentle lap of the waves against the hull.

Mikasa walked along the deck, "alright ye scalawags, the kingdom OneForAll is a weeks sail aways and jst our luk, the King es hostin a party in honnor of His Daughar."

 " witch gives us the perfect cover for our hiest" Mero added in, Mikasa gave a nod

 "King Toshinoris crown, the last object of the Oracle"

Shoto looked up.... What curse, he looked over to Mero, she gave him a I'll explain look

Reyu nods "we have the perl" 

Aki nods holding the purper perl 

"The axe"Baku go holds up the goblins axe

 "So now..."Mikasa smirked"The crown of a king"

Shoto stood beside Mero, "so... Now that you've been with us for a while Shoto..... I th I I you should know the reason were on this whole journey"

Shoto blinked at Mero's words, his curiosity piqued. He had been curious about the reason for the journey, but he hadn not wanted to pry. But now, it seemed like he was about to get some answers.

"Okay," he said, "I'm listening."

Mero looked up. "A while ago:

Way before The shapeshifter existed, there was the great captain Tetsutetsu, his son, Tetsutetsu and his daughter Mikasa. Sailing the seas and what not. One day they were at this island.. And found a boy, she to how hungry and desperate he looked, captain Tetsutetsu assumed he had been stranded for a long tiime, so as the good hearted, chivalrous Pirate and Monster hunter he was... He took him in That boy was Eijiro Kirishima, a Dragon wisperer.

" you know, your not tha good at hiding... " Eijiro says as he lifted a barrel cover revealing Mikasa

 "But I only had twenty seconds" the girl claimed "How am I going to hide in time"

Eijiro smirked "magic?"

 " your funny"

 "I know"

He grabbed her hand and helped her out of the barrel, 

"Mikasa and Eijiro became very close, more then friends close, " Mero continued to speak

And as they got older, The captain have Mikasa and Tetsutetsu there share of his legacy, he gave Tetsutetsu his ship and Mikasa enough money for a new ship. Kirishima got Mikasa's hand and that was thag. They smiled the sea, met the crew, Herieo...Reyu...Unoko.....Shane was with us the whole time... It was me...Mikasa him and Eijiro..... One day, we set out for a treasure called the dragons claw, a magical stone with in canny powers and, since Kirishima was a Dragon wisperer, we thought it would be the perfect hiest, but once they passed all the trails and dangerous routes.... Eijiro, .....

Mero took a breath

what we didn't know it that the stone came with a curse. As soon as He touched it, he changed. Not for the better, he yelled for them to run,  to leave him before he did things he wouldn't be proud of, Mikasa refused and Got hurt that scar over her eye was from him, Shane managed to get them out of there...... He was gone. Mikasa bowed to... Find any way she could to break the curse, even if it ment her life. I barely got to know him... I was like.. what.. Five? When it happened.... But yea... That's the story.

Shoto listens intently, his eyes widening in surprise at the story. He had not expected the crew's quest to be tied to such a tragic event. His heart hurt listening to the tale of how Eijiro had been transformed by the Dragon's claw and the subsequent fallout.

He looked at Mikasa, her gaze distant as she relived the painful memories. He swallowed, not knowing what to say.

Mero smiled "we pirates have a strong bond, an unbreakable one, one that we would travel across the world for another... And... Your part of that bond now, so... Don't mess it up"

Shoto was taken aback by Mero's words. He had not expected to be included so quickly and so intimately into the crew's bond, considering the short amount of time he had spent with them.

"I...uh..." he began, stumbling over his words. "I won't mess it up. I swear."

Mero nods as her attention went to the sky, they starry night and cool breeze, she placed her hand on the princes in a causal act, Shoto's face heated up at the casual contact, but he did not pull away. In fact, he found himself enjoying the simple touch of her hand against his. He looked up at the night sky, the stars painting a canvas of glimmering lights above them.

 "I'm sorry.... I...didnt think..." She started to say before Shoto stopped her with a gentle kiss on the lips

 " Don't apologise Mero, sleep well" he said before standing up and walking belk Mer's eyes widened in surprise as Shoto kissed her. The moment was over in a heartbeat, the prince pulling away before she could even react. She stood there, stunned, a hand hovering over her lips as Shoto walked away.

She was left reeling, a million thoughts and feelings swirling in her mind. She had not expected that, not at all.
