YOU WOKE UP IN A WHITE, sterile room and day after day a man (guys did u know i js learned alex was a guy...) who introduced himself as Alex did daily check ups on you, which consisted of drawing blood or checking up your nose. Sometimes you were held down by people so Alex could draw blood without you ripping his head off. You have a fear of needles, and you hate doing things you don't want to do.

"So your name is short for Alexander right?" you said, trying to distract yourself as he stuck some needle in your arm "So would you say your name is worth ten bucks?"

Something unrecognizable flashed through his eyes at that, before you could comment he was finished and turned around "I guess so..."

You sighed "Yeah sounded funnier in my head."
"No- no it's not like that-"
"Just go."

After the door click shut you were left with your own thoughts. That experiment wth you and Ashlyn was maybe a week ago? or was that yesterday? You weren't sure. What was more important was that you needed to find everyone.

A session of you trying to solve a rubix cube was interrupted by two quick knocks and the door opening. This guy was tall, with black longish hair and black attire. He also had yellow gloves and a mask on. Was that because of you, or is he just some clean freak?

"Hello." He said, staring you down. You shifted back in the bed, examining his every move. Was he here to hurt you? Maybe it was another experiment...you didn't want to do that again.

"My name is Maverick Lauier-"
"Take off your mask."

He scrunched his eyebrows. "Pardon?"

"Take off your fucking mask." You spat, "Why are you hiding?"

'Maverick' hesitated, before taking an obvious step back and peeling off his mask.

Maverick Lauier sounded like a fake name, it just did. He must be hiding something. This...confidence - or maybe ego is the right word - he gives off, its real but it could also be to mask something.

"You gonna keep staring?"

It clicked. He was the guy in the car.

"You brought me here." You didn't answer his question "You must know where my mother is, you're holding her captive." You sprung up, coming towards him. He pasted on the mask, moving backwards.

"Y/N, with your patience I could tell you." He seemed to regain that stupid egotistical demeanor when you stopped. "Just take a seat."
