THIRD PERSON POV
"What am I saying?" Jennie groaned and buried her face into her palm.
Soon-rye chuckled and placed the menu flat on the table, using her hands pull apart Jennie's hand so the older woman could meet her eyes.
"What's your name?" Soon-rye asked.
"Jennie. Jennie Ruby Jane Kim." The brunette said.
"Hi Jennie. I'm Yoo Soon-rye." The director smiled.
"Hello." Jennie chuckled realizing the older woman wanted to redo their introduction.
"You seem stressed, everything okay, Jennie?" The woman asked.
"Well for starters, I almost crash a
celebrity's car a few minutes ago" Jennie mumbled."Wha- are you okay!?" Soon-rye's eyes widened.
"I'm okay, nothing major happened besides the fact that they were being bitchy about it. I didn't even touch the car" Jennie mumbled.
"Well, atleast you're okay and not injured." Soon-rye smiled.
"That is true. Is there anything you want to order?" Jennie asked.
"Ah yes. It's been a while since I've had a burger, do you think you guys could whip one up for me?" Soon-rye grinned.
"Of course, is there anything else?"
"Mmhmm, iced americano would sound so good right now" Soon-rye chuckled.
"Coming right up" Rosé said.
The two women furrowed their brows and glanced in the direction of Rosé standing infront of their table, Jennie gave her a questioning look.
Rosé playfully glared at the girl before ripping a page from her notepad and handing it to Jennie.
Note: I'll get her orders, just stay for a bit and talk. Maybe you'll make friends with THE YOO SOON-RYE or grab some secrets and an audition. Remember me when you're riding in Limousine.
- Hubby.
Also, get your self together, Wifey!Jennie smiled at the note before she crumbled the paper and shoved it into her back pocket.
"So where are you from, Jennie?" Soon-rye asked.
"Right here actually, my parents grew up around these parts of Busan, so we stayed. However, when my dad left we moved to New Zealand and I stayed there for five years and came back to Busan after graduating." Jennie smiled.
"I'm sorry about your father, do you do anything besides being a waitress?" She asked.
"Its fine. I'm.. I'm actually an actress" Jennie grinned.
"Oh wow. Really?"
"Yep, it all started when I wanted to play
in the school's musical. Now I'm twenty-nine
years old and ready to go into the world of
acting" She chuckled."And how's that going for you?" Soon-rye smiled.
"Great. Honestly. Great" Jennie gritted through her teeth and gave the fakest smile she could give.
"Oh come on, Jennie, we just met. You don't have to lie to me" Soon-rye chuckled.
"I... Yeah it's been terrible." Jennie laughed.
"It's tough in the real world. The entertainment industry's full of talented singers, artists, actors. They're all ready for that leap, that opportunity to make it big. Its never easy, I can tell you that. But when you make those dreams a reality, everything you've ever hoped for is worth it. Those sleepless nights you'd spend memorizing scripts, the hours you spend filing, the loss of energy in your body. But it's always worth it in the end when everything we've wished for, happens." Soon-rye smiled warmly.
