JENNIE'S POV

"You're famous now, Jendeukie." Jisoo snickered when her eyes came into contact with mine.

"Shut up"

"Now this is crazy." Jisoo chuckled as she placed the newspaper onto the coffee table.

"It's stupid and ridiculous." I groaned

Last night was interesting, it was the first time I'd ever actually in a fight. I guess my words hit a nerve on that crazy Thai girl and she threw a punch directly at my face. Fortunately, I dodged it with my fast reflexes I learnt a while ago when dealing with falling props back in drama class.

But that only triggered my own anger that was already boiling in my blood. My hands found its way in Lisa's hair and I tugged at her harshly, wanting to feel every strand pull from the tiny hair follicle of her scalp.

Her hands then pounded against my skin, piercing at my muscles with what force. I hissed in pain and released her hair but she continued to attack me, only hitting my shoulders. I felt Jisoo unnie's arms wrap around my torso from behind as she pulled me away from Lisa, her body guard also tugged her away from me before things got even worse.

It wasn't anything bad, just a few scratches on the arm, but Lisa had bruises on her cheek and I'm pretty sure she had a terrible headache today.

I smirked to myself knowing I did at least something right.

But unfortunately for me, the rest of the remaining customers in the cafe had taken photos and videos of our little fight and posted it across social media platforms. Although it happened just a few hours ago, it was already printed out in newspapers and fucking Dispatch spread the image wrongly and said that Lisa was arrested for attacking a waitress because I brought her the wrong order.

I swear, social media is toxic.

"It's stupid how people could just spin words like that without even knowing the truth.
They manipulate everyone that reads it and the people involved in the stories are fucked because of it." Jisoo scoffed.

"It's true. God, I'm more pissed at myself for going too far." I groaned.

I really shouldn't had let my emotions get the best of me. After I dodged, I should have backed away to avoid anything else from happening and I didn't. But it was hard, I wasn't thinking in that moment about the consequences, I just wanted to unleash that built up anger onto her, especially since she's the reason I was pissed off in the first place.

But I didn't expect any of this to happen, that little fight was literally everywhere and I am scared to meet Ms Yoo today on set.

There was no way I could downplay this, I'm sure everyone on the team had saw the news and were awaiting the arrival of Lisa and I on set to judge us with their eyes.

We may have single handedly ended the entire film reputation with our stupid outburst last night and I wanted to bash my head into a wall just thinking about it.

"It's okay, you just need to be strong today and don't let anyone walk over you. You'll apologize if you need to but you still have to stand your ground, she attacked you first and she was being a high-class bitch. I'm with you on that one, Jendeukie." Jisoo said sternly.

I raised a brow at Jisoo unnie who sat on the torn up couch of the apartment.

"Oh now you're on my side?" I playfully scoffed, Jisoo chuckled softly and raised her hands up in defense.

"Listen, I was always on your side. But there's some interesting things going on between you two that neither of you can see yet. I'm loving it, so until you two figure it out, I'll be the best friend that I am and tease you about it." Jisoo smirked.
