It felt like a deja vu for her.
Just a few months ago, the same happening occurred as she had to help him with his wound. However, the feelings attached to it in her heart were totally different. At that time, Andaleeb wasn't emotionally attached to him, but now, seeing him shooting himself to prove his love for her made her own heart break into small pieces. How could someone love her this selflessly and passionately? How could someone risk their life for her?
Andaleeb felt the heat of Masab's stare over her all the time as she was bandaging his wound. The touch of his hand over her waist became distracting for her while with each passing moment, his breath seemed closer to her. Unusual feelings started rooting inside her at his nearness and the way she was sitting on his lap. She gulped the nerves piling inside her swiftly. When did she become so nervous and shy in front of a man who was admiring her beauty? Yet this man wasn't ordinary. He was her husband and he owned her heart. It was completely fine to feel butterflies in her stomach as he was continually looking at her.
Finally getting done with his bandage, she risked glancing up at him, and the way his eyes were becoming the reflection of his love, appreciation, and desire for her almost made her body shiver.
"You drive me insane," he whispered sternly, gripping the small of her back tightly and pulling her towards him so that her mouth was just a few inches away from him.
Without wasting any time, he pressed his lips against hers. Her hands landed over his chest in the form of a fist as she closed her eyes to feel this amazing kiss. She had never felt this happy, contended, and satisfied ever as she was now in Masab's arms with his breath, the only thing she was feeling, hearing,g, and getting now. It seemed like this man had a magic in himself by and he totally mesmerized her with his charms. Masab nibbled over her lower lip, which made her gasp, and she happily gave him access to her sweet mouth.
The skin of his chest felt warm, strong, and sturdy to her as she trailed her long and delicate fingers all over it as they devoured each other's mouths. His lips moved down as he peppered feather-like kisses over her chin. His hand once again reached to the belt of her nightgown as he slowly undid it. Andaleeb's eyes shot open and she plopped a hand over his shoulder.
"What are you doing?" She murmured, breathing heavily.
"I can't stay away, you know, Andaleeb," he replied as he once again tried to capture her alluring and inviting lips,s, but she resisted and pushed a hand over his lips.
"You have a wound, Masab. You need to take care of it. The weather has become better. Let's see a doctor," she advised him, gently.
He smiled, cupping her cheek. "I don't want anyone else when you are here with me, my love. When I have you closer to me with your heart screaming for me as mine does for you, there's no balm more effective and beneficial for me."
