Jungkook gasped, his breath heavy and uneven, as sweat beaded along his brow, gathering at the tip of his nose before slipping down his face. He closed his eyes, trying to steady himself as the tension pulsed through every muscle. His arms trembled, pushing against the grass, feeling as though they might give out at any second.

"Straighten your back, Jungkook." Taehyung's deep voice sounded close, too close, his breath warm against Jungkook's ear. Jungkook managed to obey, feeling Taehyung's firm hands gripping on his waist, grounding him, pushing him gently but relentlessly. "Three more. Let's go. One."

Jungkook gritted his teeth, summoning every ounce of strength to push himself up again, counting each pull-up out loud. Taehyung's hand stayed steady on his waist, an anchor of sorts, guiding him through each grueling movement.

"Forty-seven... Forty-eight..." Taehyung murmured encouragement, his voice a mix of pride and teasing. "One more. You're doing amazing, Jungkook."

At fifty, Jungkook loosened his grip from the mental rod above his head but Taehyung was fast enough to catch him before he collapsed on the ground. Taehyung gently made him sit on the ground but Jungkook collapsed onto the cool grass, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. He glared up at Taehyung, his eyes flashing.

Taehyung just looked down at him, his lips curving into a mischievous smile. "What? You were the one who said I should go hard on you."

Jungkook scoffed, too exhausted to retort, but he couldn't help the small smile tugging at the corner of his lips as he turned his head away. "And now, maybe some push-ups?" Taehyung teased, kneeling in front of him, his face so close that Jungkook could see the glint of amusement in his eyes.

"What... what do you think I am? A machine?" Jungkook managed to breathe out, the words laced with both defiance and amusement.

Taehyung's eyes softened as he leaned in, his hand lightly tracing the curve of Jungkook's hip. "Your arms could use a little more definition. And these sides..." His hand lingered, pressing gently along Jungkook's waist. "Perfect here, though. Just keep up with the two-minute planks every day."

Jungkook tried not to react, but he felt a shiver as Taehyung's fingers grazed his stomach and tucked inside his belly button. His instinct was to swat Taehyung's hand away, but something about Taehyung's gentle, lingering touch kept him still.

"And this..." Taehyung continued, his hands moving up until it rested on his b..bies. He gave it a few taps, "we need to work on it. The core of your strength." He squeezed it slightly feeling the softness and puffiness under his rough palm.

Jungkook huffed, swatting Taehyung's hand at last. "Aren't you abusing your position a bit, Mr. Captain?" he asked, his tone light but his gaze sharp.

Taehyung laughed, the sound low and warm. Without a word, he reached down, sliding his hands under Jungkook and lifting him off the ground effortlessly, carrying him toward a nearby bench in a bridal hold. Jungkook squirmed, glancing around in alarm. "What are you doing? Someone might see us."

"Let them." Taehyung's voice held a soft defiance as he set Jungkook down on the bench. He took Jungkook's hand, peeling off his training gloves and massaging his aching fingers, his touch surprisingly tender. "I'm only looking after you," he said, a small smile forming as he worked at each sore knuckle.

Jungkook rolled his eyes, though his cheeks flushed at the attention. "I'm not training for a bodybuilding competition, you know."

Taehyung met his gaze, a quiet intensity in his eyes. "I'm not training you for that either. I'm doing this for myself. You're mine, and I want you to be at your best." He pressed a soft kiss to Jungkook's hand, his words lingering in the silence that followed.
