Haiku - Light

Dawn breaks softly now,
A ray cuts through the dark night,
The world wakes in peace.

A candle flickers,
Warm gold in the coldest room,
Shadows softly dance.

Stars above me shine,
Sparks glowing in the night sky,
A path from nowhere.

In the deep forest,
Sunbeams break through, clear and bright,
Dust dances in light.

After long, hard rain,
The sky shines crystal and clear,
A rainbow appears.

A spark in the heart,
Carrying hope deep within,
Darkness softly fades.

Last light of evening,
The sun sinks quiet and red,
The day drifts to rest.
