- In the dimly lit, abandoned facility of the Root, the air was thick with dust and memories of a time long gone. Sai and a few police officers were inside, combing through the remnants of what used to be a clandestine operation.

The atmosphere felt heavy, almost oppressive, as they sifted through old papers and forgotten files. Sai approached a table cluttered with debris and picked up a faded photograph.

His gaze focused on a group of men clad in white lab coats, but one figure stood out: a man cloaked in black. A recruit shuffled closer, curiosity evident on his face. "So, he's Tanuki Shigaraki?"

"Yeah," Sai replied, his tone flat. "A missing survivor from the Foundation. He was a talented researcher and a loyal follower of Danzo. He was the brains behind a plan to develop a new weapon utilizing the Hashirama Cell."

You entered the room, glancing around at the scattered papers that crunched under your feet. "The project's code name was 'Gozu Tennou'," you added, your mind racing to connect the dots.

Sai nodded, his brow furrowing. "Even after Danzo's death, he didn't give up." His voice was laced with disbelief.

"But he disappeared long before these recent incidents even began," the recruit said, disappointment creeping into his voice. "What a letdown."

In another room, which looked like it had once been an office, you found Sai with the other two men. Broken windows let in slivers of sunlight, illuminating the dust motes swirling in the air.

"After we uncovered his hideout, it feels like we've wasted our time," one of the men remarked, his voice tinged with frustration. They began to leave.

Sai's eyes widened as he caught sight of something on the table. "Captain Sai?" one of the men called, noticing his sudden pause.

"What's wrong?" you asked, curiosity piqued as you moved closer to see what had caught his attention.

"That's it..." Sai murmured, a light of realization dawning in his expression. "The incident started at the Academy. Why didn't we notice?"

"What do you mean?" the other man pressed, urgency in his tone.

"Huh?! You know who the perpetrator is?!" the second man asked, his excitement palpable.

Sai lifted his head, determination replacing confusion. "Yeah."

You felt a knot form in your stomach as you reached for the frame of the picture. Your eyes widened in shock. "No way... It's her? So that's what Mitsuki was talking about?"
