last night was incredibly awkward, lamelo didn't say a word to her when she got back home, he didn't even acknowledge her.
she would have given him the benefit of the doubt that he was asleep, but his phone light was so bright it illuminated the room, so she knew he was up.
she got into bed beside him and even whispered his name, no response.
so she spent the rest of the night editing her vlog, which is why she got to upload that vlog a day before she had planned to.
but today was match day, she was actually excited. weird. she just wanted to feel the adrenaline that every other soccer fan felt, maybe that would help boost her mood and make this holiday not so bad afterwards.
she had just taken a shower and was sitting at the hotel vanity doing her makeup when nia's call came through.
"hey babes, you alright?" amariah rummaged through my makeup bag for her foundation brush.
"yep, where you headed?"
" match day, barcelona vs athletic club" she dabbed her face, spreading the product out evenly.
"interesting" she sliced a cucumber. "since when were you a football fan?" nia said before popping one in her mouth.
"well, since today actually." amariah placed the concealer on the inner corner's of her eye then following her eye shape.
