Chapter 1

The Start of an Adventure
Sadly this starts of as cringe cause I wrote this years ago. It gets better I think.

One day Jack felt like something was missing but then he saw an ad for a new adoption center and decided to adopt a kid. Once he got there he adopted a 14 year old girl who was named Mila. She was a girl with blond hair, a pink shirt with a black heart on it, glasses, and pink and white boots. Then Jack and Mila went back to the house so she could meet her new home. When they got inside they were greeted by Jack's sister Lily. Jack introduces Mila to Lily. "Oh, the food is almost ready.'' Lily said. "Alright, let's head to the table Mila, Jack, can you take the food from here?" "Alright I'll do the cooking." Jack said. One day Mila was watching TV when Jack came into her room "Mila turn off the tv and come here." he said. Mila replied "Ya dad what is it.'' "This is your sister Squeaks." said Jacks, Squeaks was 5 years old when Jack found her wandering in the forest. Squeaks is 5, has light brown hair, black shirt, and white boots. " Have fun you two. I have to go do something." Jack said . "Hi I'm Mila." "I... Im Squeaks.". Mila asks " Do you want to play with toys?", Squeaks nodded.

Jacks went down to his basement where he summoned his wizard friend named Ziggy. Jack asks if he could fight his enemy, "He's really strong and could possibly injure you." She said Jack replies "I'll die trying" as Ziggy summons the portal to the underworld.

When Mila and Squeaks finished school they find two suspicious guys standing in the hall. One had red hair, a red sweater, black jeans, and red sneakers. The other guy had gray hair, a red jacket, white jeans, and black shoes. As soon as they looked in there direction the red head say's "Boss we found them we'll be taking them as you said." as soon as they said that Mila and Squeaks ran for their lives with the two guys behind them. Mila and Squeaks get backed into a corner. "We're done playing games now, come with us." said the gray head man. Mila turns to her scared little sister and screams " SQUEAKS JUMP!", the gray head says "Wait wait wait Don't.".Both men look down then the Redhead say's "Ya mate they're dead.".
Mila opens her eyes and sees that she and Squeaks are alive. Squeaks woke up after. Mila screamed "We're alive?!" from the top of her lungs, then squeaks asks "Where do go now.", "Follow me" Mila says as they run outta the school.

Jack is fighting the evil being from the underworld who wears all black with black hair and eyes. The figure says "Even though all this time you're still just a weak idiot." Jack charged up a lighting blast to paralyze him "Oooh a scary lighting blast." said the figure. Jacks shoots the blast and directly hits the figure. "Let's find out what happens when I kill your children." said the figure, Jack with a terrified expression, for the safety of his children, loses focus and gets stabbed. Jack passes out because of the loss of blood.

"We're almost there." say's Mila as they run in the playground. BAM. An explosion happened in front of them, and as the smoke clears up Mila hears and sees the red head say "Watch your aim next time man.", the gray head replies with " Oh shut-." and stares at the kids with shock. The red head say's "Don't try to change the subject." The gray head says "Look behind you." The red head looks behind him and sees that the kids are behind them and says "I have an idea.","Well what's the plan." said the gray head and the redhead replies "We knock 'em out.", the gray head looks at the red head with shock and screams "ARE YOU CRAZY!?". "Just watch" said the redhead as he turns around to Mila and Squeaks crawling away. He walks to Mila and kicks her head to knock her out, he turns to the gray head who says "Even if it did work one got away." he turns around and sees that Squeaks ran far. "Let's go take her and don't miss your aim, ok." said the red head, the gray head looks at him with anger and face palms himself

Jack wakes up from the floor of the underworld and sees Ziggy standing and looking down on him. Jack jumps up and asks if his kids are ok. "I'm not sure but you should go check." said Ziggy, as she spawns a portal back to his home.

Mila wakes up and sits down and realizes she's on her bed. The door opens and sees the red head going up to her bed. "Wha...What do you want?" Mila said, the red head sighs and says "Ok how do I explain this, uhh, we sorta work with your father.". Mila looks at him with shock and tells him that she doesn't believe him. He looks at her and she can tell he's being dead serious. Mila sees the gray head come inside and say "I put the other girl to sleep, let's hope she's calmer now." the red head looks at him and nods. The red head say's "By the way my name is Flame." Then he leaves, just then Mila gets light headed and falls asleep.

Jack falls down and finds himself in Mila's room and can tell she's sleeping, Flame and the gray head hear what sounds like Jack speaking through a speaker. "If you're here please come to the rooftop." say's Jack, as Flame and the gray head sprinted to the roof. The gray head looks and sees Jacks staring off out of the roof. "Hey guys, how's squeaks doing." Jack finally said, as Flame was going to say something, a loud yell that came from the house. Jack, being the fastest, runs toward Mila's room with flame and the gray head being right behind him.

Mila finds a figure of who looks to be like the same age as her dad. "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" she yells. But the man doesn't respond. He pulls up his sword ready to swing at her. Just then Jack comes behind him and knocks out the strange man with a pan. "Mila! Listen, you need to go outside, the rest are waiting for you." Jack said. Mila nods and runs straight out the door and finds her aunt outside with a wizard girl, and the two guys working for her father. "AUNTIE!" Mila yells as she hugs her aunt super tight, "It's ok Mila, everything is going to be fine". Mila looks around 1,2,3,4.... 4! "Wait where's Squeaks?" Mila asks, just then the house bursts into flames as pieces of the house fly toward them. "Here into this portal!" yells the wizard girl, then everyone goes in.

"DAMMIT!" say's Jacks, as he runs through the flaming house. He rushes to one of the rooms. As he opens the door he finds a sleeping Squeaks because the fire hasn't gotten there. He picks her up and puts her on his back. "Don't worry sweetheart I'll get us out of here don't you worry." he says. Just then the house blows up with him and Squeaks inside.

8 months later
Mila wakes up from her bed and goes to the kitchen inside the hotel. She grabs a cookie and asks her auntie "Did you manage to find a house?". As her auntie was about to answer, Ziggy comes and tells them that she found a house for them to stay. As they're driving Mila notices that the path they are going seems familiar almost as if they were going to their house. Once they arrive Lily(Mila's Aunt) realizes that this is the same house that they lived in. "Something feels off." said Flame. Just then the door flung open and there stood a shadow of a figure. "What's with the long faces everybody, Ya don't miss me.", Mila recognized the voice it was her father Jack.
