Chap 7: The first date

(I also didn't mention that I'm not placing this part of the story around the time of 1989 announcement. So basically after Kansas City N2 we went right to LA n1 which LA N6 is not the last US leg show. The shows for Denver, Seattle, and Santa Clara are after all the LA shows. I hope this made some sense! I'm aware that this is probably not the time where they met in real life!)

Taylor's pov:

Today's a big day. I'm meeting Travis in person. I'm anxious but I'm excited at the same time. I have to get ready to go. It's 6 pm and I have to meet him in about two hours. My fashion designer is here to help decide how I want everything. I look at the blue dress she has I'm also going to announce 1989 TV at LA night 6. Lizzy my fashion designer shows me a blue dress. I fell in love with it.

It's blue sleeveless dress and I like it. It comes with a black necklace with pearls on it.

Lizzy: "Do you like this dress I can show you more?" She asks

Taylor: "No, I like this one a lot. It's very
pretty." I smile

Lizzy: "Okay! How do you want your hair?" She asks

Taylor: "I think I want it in a bun."

Lizzy: "Alright let me help you with it. I want you to look gorgeous for him tonight." She smiles

~After getting ready~

Lizzy: "Taylor you look absolutely beautiful."

Taylor: "Thank you so much for the help. I look in the mirror." I smile

I have blue eyeshadow on, red lipstick, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanilla perfume on. I like this perfume a lot. I don't have much time till I have to leave. We're going to a private restaurant where paparazzi won't see us at. I hope. Nobody needs to know about us yet. I hear a knock at the hotel door. My security guard is here.

Drew: "Taylor it's me Drew I'm here to bring you to the restaurant."

Taylor: "I'm coming!"

I open the door and he leads me to the car. I get in it. I thought Travis would of surprised me and be in the back. I've been waiting all day for this. I also have white heels on. I'm so nervous. I take deep breaths in and out. I need to relax. I know I'll be fine. I look out the window and it seems like we're almost there. The car stops and I look before I step out. No paparazzi. This is a miracle. Drew steps out of the car and I see him stop in front of the door. I hear someone else's voice. My eyes widen

Travis: "Can I open it for her?" He says

Drew: "Yeah you can." He smiled

He opens the door for me. He grabs my hand gently. My eyes widen again and I look up at him and smile. He keeps admiring my outfit I can see him. He's in a suite he looks so handsome. His hair is slicked back.

He's hiding one of his hands behind his back. I don't know what it is. I smell something it could be the food in the restaurant.

Travis: "Watch out for the step." He says

Taylor: "Thank you." I say

Travis: "I don't want you to trip."

Both of our cars leave. Drew is behind us.

Travis: "You look beautiful tonight." He smiles

We both sit down at our table. He keeps admiring my outfit. He notices I'm looking at him. He brings out roses and hands them to me.

Taylor: "Oh my god Travis!" I tear up

Travis: "These are for you." He smiles

Taylor: "They're gorgeous! One of my favorite flowers. You didn't have to."

Travis: "I didn't have to buy them but I did just for you my lady." He gives a little smirk

Taylor: "There so pretty thank you." I smile

He keeps looking at my outfit he notices that I'm staring right into his green eyes.

Travis: "I'm sorry you just look so gorgeous Tay." He smiles again

Taylor: "Well you look handsome too." I smirk

He's already giving me nicknames. I love the name Tay for me. He's such a sweet guy already. I need to relax.

Travis: "Well thank you...." He smiles

Taylor: "Your welcome." I giggle

We order our food and talk for a bit. Drew is just standing in the corner watching us in case anything happens. It's only me and Travis in the restaurant and some workers along with Drew. I can't wait to go to the football game.
