Dean's Savior

Chapter 6: Alexa Marie

 I stared at the pregnancy test in my hands. Positive. I threw it in a pile with the several others. They all also read positive. It had been two weeks since that night with Dean and i had just moved into an apartment, before i had been staying with a friend. I threw all of the tests into the trash can and sat down on my bed. I pulled out my phone and stared at Dean's contact. He had called me a lot on the first week but eventually he gave up. My finger hovered over the call button but then quickly moved to to the lock button. I sighed. Dean didn't love me. Dean was unable to love. I didn't want a man who didn't love me here because he felt like he was obligated. I will raise this baby alone and i will be a i single mom. I know i can do it. 

*Time skip 12 months later*

(Sorry i know you hate me)

 I was walking with my friend around the neighborhood my three month old baby in one stroller and her six month old baby in another. "I don't know how you handle single motherhood i wouldn't be able to do it." Clare, my friend, was saying. "Well you have three children i have one." I laughed. She nodded "I can't believe Emma's going to be five next week." I shook my head. "Me either." She laughed. "You're baby will be one in nine short months." She said. I smiled "Short?! Nine months is a long time." I shook my head giggling. Before she could reply i heard my name "Carter?" It was Sam. He was with Juliet, they were holding hands. They walked over. "Ooh who is this?" Clare asked eyeing Sam. I held back a laugh "These are my old friends, Sam and Juliet... What i'm wondering is what's going on between them." I said. "Sam and i are together now, what i wanna know his what happened over a year ago." Juliet said putting a hand on your hip. I looked down "Hey Clare, do you mind if i catch up with you later i need to talk to them alone. "Sure let me know if you need anything." She smiled and walked away. "What did Dean say?" I asked. "All he said was that you two had gotten into a fight and you stormed out he wouldn't say why though." Sam explained. Juliet looked down at Alexa "Does it have something to do with that?!" She asked when she realized she was there. She was crazy surprised. "Kind of. Dean and i had kind of, um, done it," Juliet squealed, she had been dying for that to happen "An the next morning he said he didn't have any feelings for me." I sighed and looked down. "What?!" She asked "No he did not!" She shouted. "Wait, so that baby is my niece?" Sam asked. I nodded "She's my niece to!" Juliet squeaked and took Alexa out of the stroller. Alexa giggled. "What is this cuties name?!" She asked in a baby voice looking at her. "Alexa Marie Winchester. Marie after Sam and Dean's mother." I said. Sam smiled. "Where is Dean?" I asked. "Oh well-" Juliet got cut off by the one and only "Hey guys whats-" I turned around and Dean saw my face "Oh..." He frowned. I shook my head then he saw the baby. "Who's the kid?" He asked. "Yours." Sam said. 

"WHAT?!?!"

"Sam!"

Sam raised his hands in mock surrender. Dean looked over at me "Really?" He asked. I nodded. He got angry. "Why didn't you tell me?! Don't you think i have a right!" He shouted making Alexa cry. I took Alexa from Juliet and put her on my hip. I glared at Dean "Shh." I bounced her until she had calmed down. I handed her to Juliet "Take her over there please." I said pointing to a bench. Juliet nodded and sent a glare Dean's way. "Don't drop her." I called as her and Sam walked away. "I won't chill!" She called back. I turned back to Dean "First of all you should no better than to yell around babies second of all don't you dare tell me you had a right! You told me you didn't have feelings for me! I didn't want to tell you you had a child and then have you around just because you felt obligated! You had and still have a lot of growing up to do in the family area! I would rather have my daughter not have a dad then to have a dad that doesn't know how to love her! To have a dad that cheats on her mother and goes to club and drinks! I would rather her grow up without a dad then to have him break her heart and leave! That's why i didn't tell you Dean Winchester, because i was putting my child before you and before me! Believe me i thought about calling you! I thought about it all the time during my pregnancy! Not because i felt like it was your right but because I didn't know how I would handle being a single mother but I never called you because I was thinking about her and her future!" I shouted. By now i had attracted a crowd. Some people were recording. Before Dean replied i flipped around "Don't you people have anything better to do? If a video of this shows up on the internet i will find out who you are and i will sue you or something! Go!" Everyone left some blushing others laughing. I turned back to Dean. "I'm sorry. You really think i would be like that?" Dean asked. "I know you would." I said. He frowned. "I won't I promise. Let me see her. Please." I sighed and grabbed my stroller and led him over to the bench. 

 Juliet handed Alexa to me. "Dean, meet Alexa Marie Winchester. Her middle name is after your mother." I smiled. He took her and smiled at her. I turned to Juliet and she immediately saw what was wrong. She got up from the bench and grabbed my hand and tugged me over to a slide she hugged me and i bawled into her. When i was done crying we pulled apart. "What do i do? Do i actually let him in?" I asked. "You have to honey. If it makes a difference he really has missed you. He loves you. I know he does. He just can't admit it." She said. I nodded "Remember how you told me about the angel on the day you reunited with the boys?" She asked. I nodded. "I think this is what the plan was. I think you and Alexa are supposed to help him open up." She said. "That's hard. Iv'e tried." I sighed. "Try harder, hon, you have to." She smiled. "Thanks, Jules." I hugged her. "Carter! Little help?" We heard. I looked over and saw Alexa crying and the two brothers looking very flustered. I laughed "Lunch time." I smiled and we walked over. "Do you still breast feed?" Juliet asked as we walked over. I nodded "Yeah i'm planning on stopping soon. I was planning on stopping earlier but i just wasn't ready." I said. She nodded "Yeah i heard you don't really need to stop until you ready. Some people still breastfeed when the child is two. I was one of those kids." She laughed. We arrived and I grabbed Alexa. "Someones hungry isn't she? Let's go home and mommy will feed you." I put her in her stroller and the two men and one woman followed me to the house. "I breast feed boys so we'll need a little privacy." I said when we got to the house. The boys nodded and i giggled at their expressions. "Come on Jules let's go to my room. Make yourselves at home boys." I smiled and went into my room with Juliet following.
