Her face showed expressions of discomfort & rage rather than a heartbreak.She deliberately dropped her card and left .
Shuto picked up the card, took out his handkerchief and wiped off the dust.

He smirked, took a deep sigh, and thought to himself.

Since Shuto was under constant pressure for performing well in school, even if he secured first place, his father reminded him of his backends and omissions. So, his self-esteem kept on dropping.
Aunt and music filled voids he had and gave him courage.So after his aunt's death and distance from music, slowly and gradually he kept losing his faith in himself. So it was quite shocking for him to get so many love confessions.
Moreover,as he was not very interactive and cherished solitary,he had almost no idea what people think of him nor much he cared about that.

Akimitsu took a shower and started preparing for dinner.
"Welcome home, okasan." (mom)
" Hai, let me help you with dinner."
"No need,it will hardly take fifteen to twenty minutes, so get changed."
"Oho, my little Chino-chan has turned mature."

He set - up the table and prepared the servings. Both got seated and started eating.
"okasan(mom), today you came very early, why so?"
She smiled and said,
"Hai, aisuruhito(dear), Because of my work, we weren't able to see each other ."
"I want to know what's going on with my child's life .Mama,worries about you. "
