In Meeting...

Jungkook discussed the matter related to business and gave some ideas, as usual, Mr. Kim was impressed by Jungkook's skill and praised him.

Mingyu noted down the suggestions as Mr. Kim had already instructed him.

After the meeting, Jungkook inhaled a deep breath and gathered courage before revealing their relationship.

"Mr. Kim, I want to discuss some personal matter," Jungkook mumbled, breathing out.

Mr. Kim furrowed; Mingyu clenched the notebook tight and worried for Jungkook.

"Don't be stupid, Jungkook, or they will kick you out from here. Also, don't forget Jaehyun hates you to the core," Mingyu thought and signaled him desperately with his eyes.

Jungkook nodded reassuringly at him only and looked at the confused Mr. Kim.

"What is it, Jungkook?" Mr. Kim asked, concern etched on his face. "Do you need financial assistance?"

Jungkook forced a smile. "No, sir, I have everything I need. Just... a wife," Jungkook added, muttering the last word under his breath.

Mingyu's eyes widened, and he choked on the air.

Mr. Kim's confusion deepened. "Mingyu, are you alright?"

Mingyu waved his hand dismissively. "Nothing, sir. Pretend I'm not here," he said, giggling nervously.

Mr. Kim's narrowed eyes lingered on Mingyu before returning to Jungkook.

Jungkook shook his head, silently chastising Mingyu.

"Where were we?" Mr. Kim asked, his tone inviting Jungkook to continue.

Jungkook's nervous smile preceded his deep breath.

"I love your son, Taehyung," Jungkook declared, his voice steady. "He loves me just as deeply, and we're boyfriends."

Mingyu's eyes snapped shut.

Mr. Kim's face froze, eyes narrowing, mouth agape.

"You what?!" Jaehyun's thunderous voice erupted from behind Mr. Kim.

Mr. Kim's head whipped around.
Mingyu's scream was muffled by his palm.

The sudden outburst made everyone flinch. Jk gulped.

Jaehyun's gaze bored into Jungkook's back, his eyes burning with intensity.

Jaehyun's fury erupted as he marched towards Jungkook, his face twisted in rage.

"You bast'ard! I will kill you today!" he snarled. Mr. Kim's eyes widened in alarm, while Mingyu peeked through his fingers, gasping.

Jaehyun grasped Jungkook's collar, lifting him off the ground.

"I warned you, stay away from my brother!" he shouted, shaking Jungkook violently.

Jungkook's defiant words poured out, "I won't stay away from him. He's my—"

Jaehyun's fist silenced Jungkook, connecting with his jaw. "Don't dare complete that, nerd!"

Jaehyun cursed, landing another punch. Mr. Kim intervened, holding Jaehyun back.
