Before the battle, Yoongi and Jimin were deep into investigating Ari's death. Yoongi wasn’t involved in the mafia world back then, but Ari had stumbled upon something dangerous—something Jae was trying to keep hidden.
It all started when Jimin discovered an encrypted message on Ari’s old phone. After decrypting it, what they uncovered sent chills down their spines.
Jimin: “Yoongi, look at this.”
Yoongi: “What is it?”
Jimin handed him the phone.
Jimin: “I decrypted the message. It’s from Ari. She was onto Jae.”Yoongi read the message aloud, his voice growing tense:
Yoongi: “I’ve found out. Jae’s been smuggling weapons through legal businesses. It’s bigger than we thought. Meet me tomorrow to discuss.”Yoongi’s eyes widened as the truth sank in.
Yoongi: “She was about to expose him... That’s why he killed her.”Jimin nodded, his expression grim.
Jimin: “She wasn’t even in deep, Yoongi. She was just scratching the surface, but Jae panicked.”Yoongi, still gripping the phone, felt anger bubbling inside him.
Yoongi: “Jae’s been using legitimate businesses to smuggle weapons. Ari found out, and when she got too close, he had her silenced.”Jimin clenched his fists.
Jimin: “We can’t let him get away with this. She died for the truth.”Yoongi’s voice turned cold, filled with determination.
Yoongi: “We’ll stop him. Not just for Ari, but to make sure he never does this to anyone else.”Jimin stepped closer, his eyes sharp.
Jimin: “We know the truth now. We have the proof.”Yoongi glanced at the message one more time before looking up.
Yoongi: “We need to take him down. Jae’s gotten away with too much.”Jimin nodded.
Jimin: “He thinks he’s untouchable. But this ends today.”With the truth in hand, Yoongi and Jimin prepared to confront Jae. Yoongi wasn’t involved in the mafia at the time, but this was personal. Ari’s death had been senseless, and he wasn’t going to let Jae get away with it.
As they reached the warehouse where Jae was hiding, Yoongi took a deep breath.
Yoongi: “We’ll make him talk. This ends here.”Jimin, standing beside him, gave a firm nod.
Jimin: “For Ari.”And with that, they stepped inside, ready for the final confrontation.
Yoongi and Jimin stepped into the warehouse, the heavy metal doors creaking as they pushed them open. The dim lights overhead flickered, casting eerie shadows across the wide space. The silence was unsettling, but Yoongi’s mind was set on one thing: confronting Jae.
Suddenly, a slow clap echoed from across the room. Jae stepped out of the shadows, flanked by a few of his men. A smug grin spread across his face.
Jae: “I was wondering when you two would show up.”
Yoongi’s gaze sharpened.
Yoongi: “You killed Ari. We know what you’ve been doing, Jae.”Jae’s smile didn’t falter.
Jae: “Ah, Ari… Such a brave girl. But she got in over her head. She wasn’t supposed to find out about the smuggling, but she just couldn’t keep her nose out of it.”Jimin took a step forward, his expression hardening.
Jimin: “You killed her because she was about to expose you!”Jae shrugged casually, his hands in his pockets.
Jae: “What was I supposed to do? Let her ruin everything I built?”Yoongi’s voice dropped, filled with frustration.
Yoongi: “You had no right. She didn’t deserve this.”Jae’s eyes gleamed with amusement.
Jae: “Maybe not. But in my world, anyone who threatens my empire pays the price.”
