LUNA

I'm sitting in the waiting area at the airport. I have my coffee next to me. My flight should be departing in less than an hour.
I just left Chris, who offered to pick me up and take to the airport himself.
He looked really sad when we separated, and I swear, my heart broke a little bit when I had to leave him standing there.
How are we going to make this work?

The flight to Paris was very nice.
At the airport, Angie, my best friend, was waiting for me.
We hugged for 10 minutes. We grew up together in Texas. Went to school together, and we graduated college together. Afterward, she left for Paris, and I left for Korea. Two years since we saw each other.
- We have so much to catch up to.- she said, while we walked to her car.
- My house is 25 minutes from the city. I take commuting over living in the city any day.- she told me everything about the little village where she lives, Écouen, on pur way to her house.

I was amazed when we arrived. It was such a beautiful place.
We stopped at a lounge to have a drink before we headed to her house.
We walked around the town for a couple of hours. We ate at a small bistro and enjoyed a live music show.

Her house was the cutest cottage I had ever seen.
The front garden smell of lavender and rosmary. There were bird feeders all around the property. And sun catchers were arranged all around the porch.
- Your house is lovely, Angie. Is like a fairly tale come true.-
- Wait until you see my backyard, you will love it even more. Let's get you settled, and we can have tea in the back porch.- she said, and walked me inside the house.
The house inside was as pretty as it was outside.
Hues of white and a variety of pastel colors made the house feel inviting and cozy.
The room I was going to he staying, was fit for a princess. The four post bed, with the curtains adorning it, was beyond gorgeous.
I could get used to live in here for sure.
