We came home with midnight so happy that she met oskar.
"Oh my gosh, I can't wait for this dance now! I want a purple dress with a silver belt and a my hair in pigtails and ,AND!"

"Thats if I can find a spell to reverse this!" I said

"Dont worry star! I will help you"
Midnight pleaded

"Well you're the one who got
Us into to this......but you are good at searching for things....but-"

"FOUND IT!" Midnight shoved the book in my face! "Now say the spell!"

I looked at the book and saw that it was a very complicated spell. "Midnight, I dont think I can do this in one go, I need to learn it fully"

"How long will that take" she had a worried look on her face

"Like in 4 days I think" I said "but I can't have any distractions, if I get distracted the spell will take much longer to perfect"

"But-but the dance is in four days!" Midnight kept whining "will it take that long!"

"Yes midnight, now if you're gonna keep babbling and distracting me, I suggest you block all my distractions, please"

Midnight nodded while I was learning the spell
Wow, this will be really hard.
I'm gonna need a lot of concentration

Midnight POV
Ok,I need to block all distractions for star

I need to get all of star's necessities.
I need to pick out a dress for me and star.
I will need Marco to excuse her from all her classes.
And obviously vote five hundred times for me to be prom queen!

Yeah, I have the best freakin plan ever!

"Stupid squeaky door"

I heard a voice coming from down stairs
So I plan to investigate

"Ok,I have the target, they are in the kitchen." I whispered into my

I slowly crept to the wall and then...

"PUT YOUR HANDS WHERE I COULD SEE........them" I had my hands in a gun position pointing at the only geek in this house

Marco

"Oh its you" I rolled my eyes

"Hello to you back" he said a sarcastic way "listen,where's star?"

"In her room, but you can't go in there" I said "she is finding a spell that thats gonna take her about four days"

"Really...." He was in a tone like if I was joking "star takes about a whole day to figure out a spell"

"But she told me!.."

"Whatever, I'm gonna risk my life" he went upstairs "I dont care if star zaps me"

"Not even if I tell her you like her" I smirked even though I already told her

Then, Marco just stopped
And gave me a glare "you wouldn't dare"

"Try me" I snapped

........silence.......

"NAH!" He ran up the stairs and probably heading towards stars room

Since he is a girl now, the extra weight was slowing him down.
But since the only exercise I ever did was channel surfing
I'm not gonna catch him

Damn my idea of exercise!

Marco pov
I headed towards stars room
Knowing what midnight told me was not true

I leaned against the door to make sure she wasn't actually casting a spell

I didn't hear any spells but i did hear mumbling
I couldn't make out of what she was saying but i heard something about the dance
And then she started singing

Suddenly the singing stopped and the door swung open then back to shut

This point I was on the floor on stars bedroom

"Stalking me, are we?" She smirked

"I'm not stalking you, I'm just..."
Yeah I dont really have any back up on that

"So what dress are you gonna wear, Marcia" she teased me

"Shut up,star"

"But seriously, what tux are you gonna wear cause we need the color" she explained "cause I'm guessing that the tie is the color of the dress"

"Well what color are you wearing?" I asked

"Blue" she plainly said "why?"

I can't believe I'm about to do this.
Well, here goes nothing.
I took a deep breath

"Cause I wanted to match with you since I'm asking you to the dance"

Star finally broke the silence by saying the best thing that she has ever said "of course Marco" and also she pulled me into a long lasting hug

We separated from the hug and just looked at each other.

I looked at her blue eyes.

I started to lean in and I think star was doing the same

We were so close until we heard

*THUD*

We both jumped to see a puppy on its back, trying to get up.

I picked it up so it can run freely

I looked at star while she just looked away

"Uh,I will just be going" I studderd

"Yeah,I need to practice the spell, so yeah" she said awkwardly
