Hannah had gone back home after she had calmed down Brittany. Mike had promised he would call her as soon as he could. Since he had gone to the station to look over the pictures so they could try and figure out what happened and who could have murdered this family. He had hoped that he could get this down, before his wedding which was in just a few days. But right now this seemed to have put a damper on that. It was something that he was not liking at all. He was enjoying the quiet time that he had. Because he was having fun just spending time with Hannah and helping her with the bakery and the wedding planning. But now it was time for him to go back to doing what he had always known. His police work he was the best of the best, so everyone had said that there was a chance that he could one day become, sheriff one day. He never thought that he was that material. But Hannah and everyone had thought that he would be good one day. This particular case had him swap. They had no enemies in Eden Lake. They were nice and polite people. Mike called Hannah and told her that he would be at the station most of the night.  And if she heard anything about the murders. Hannah told him that she didn't but if she did. She would let him know. And that she would miss him. Hannah had been sleeping for only three hours after Mike had called. She couldn't sleep without him. She got use to him being there with her at night. So she did what she always did when she couldn't sleep. Go to the bakery and bake. It always helped her think. She did remember that Isabella had mentioned once an ex. If he could be the one. She had taken out her juice cookies from the fridge and put her triple chocolate chip cookies in the oven. took out her phone and called Mike. The sheriff answered the phone. Hannah asked for Mike. He answered hey honey everything okay. She told yeah that she had some information for him. He asked what it was. She told him just a few days ago. She remembered Isabella mention a ex named Dylan. That she had came to Eden Lake to escape him. Something about him being violent. She didn't say much more than that. But its a motivate right. Mike told her yeah it would be. She leaves him he doesn't like it so he comes after her family then her to show her a lesson. At least that is what he would think. Did she give you a name. Hannah said Dylan but no last name. Mike told her you must not of been able to sleep and went to the bakery didn't you. Hannah asked bim how does he know. Mike told her because your my wife and I know you do all your best thinking like this when your baking. Hannah smiled and told him that he knows her well then. Mike told her well after 7 years and I should, and I am worried about something honey. Hannah had asked him what is that because anything that worries him, makes her worry as well. Mike told her that this won't be done by time they have to say I do. Hannah told him that they will figure this out before then. That she promised. They have the finally fittings, lets just go on as planned, if it is one things I have learned from you, is that you keep going with your, plans that the criminals will mess up then. Mike couldn't help but laugh on that one, he told her that she ha a good point there, and that he is glad that she remembers that he taught her that. Hannah told him that she remembers a lot that he taught her and that, he loves her a lot and that she is most definitely right on that one. Hannah says so why don't I, brew some of your favorite blend and bring in some cookies, even your favorite one. Mike told her that it sounds like a good idea to him. Hannah and Mike hanged up the phone. Hannah had gotten everyone at the station cookies together. Especially the one for her husband-to-be-. Hannah left the bakery when Lisa came in and told her that she will be back. Hannah had gotten to the station and handed them their cookies. Mike had smiled and kissed her and she handed him his  cookies, and his coffee that he loves so much. Told him that she will see him later. Mike told her that he sure will.
