Alana POV:

It was late in the evening by the time we arrived back at the house. We got ready for bed and retired to our rooms to sleep. I was tossing and turning in bed feeling restless, I wanted to sleep with Nick but I felt like that would make me look needy and clingy so despite how I was feeling I stayed in bed giving up on trying to get some rest.

I was lost in thought when I heard a small faint knock on my door. I got out of bed and opened it to see Nick standing on the other side, shirtless. In all his manly glory.

"I couldn't sleep." Was all he said. I stepped to the side so he could come in, extremely happy that I wasn't the only one who wanted to fall asleep together. We laid on my bed, me cuddling up to Nick as he wrapped his arms around me pulling me in closer.

I let out a sign of relief, feeling content in this moment and sleep taking over me fast. "Goodnight Alana." Nick said, placing a kiss on my forehead.

"Goodnight Nicky." Sleep took over me as I slept peacefully cuddled in Nick's warm body, safe in his arms.

The next morning I woke to the sunlight beaming in through my curtains. I stretched my stiff limbs and noticed Nick was gone.

I got up to prepare for the day. When I was freshly showered and dressed I checked my phone to see I had a missed call from my mom. I just sent her a quick text and left my room heading to the kitchen to get some breakfast.

Candice and Rach were sitting at the island giggling about something when they spotted me coming in.

"Good morning bestie." Rachel's chirpy voice spoke loudly.

"Good morning, where are the guys?" I asked.

"Nick dad called and wanted his help with something so the guys tagged along. We have the house all to ourselves." I nodded my head and went to get some breakfast that the girls must have prepared. After loading my plate with some french toast, sausage and fruit with a cup of orange juice, I sat at the island across from Candice and beside rachel.

"Where were you guys yesterday?" I asked curiously, taking a bit of my french toast marveling at the delicious taste.

"Candice took me to see her grandmother and then we hit up a few places around town. Sorry I didn't tell you she was pretty adamant on leaving immediately. What about you? Did you do anything fun yesterday?" Rach said while giving Candy the side eye.

My mind instantly went to yesterday's extracurricular activity and my face began to heat up. I focused on my plate trying to distract myself. When I looked up I made quick eye contact with Candice, she was smirking at me as if she was reading my mind and knew everything that I was thinking. "I-it was pretty good." I said, taking a sip of my drink.

"So I was thinking us girls could go get some pampering done. We can go to the spa and get some facials, a nice massage, get some pedi's and medi's. Oouu and get our hair done." Rachel said enthusiastically. I smiled and agreed with her as well as Candice.

So that's what we did.

We spent all morning at the salon getting our nails and hair done and then went to a day spa and got some massages and facials. We even did some aroma therapy.

It felt so good to just relax and have fun with the girls. I haven't spent much time with the girls since we arrived on this trip.

We were driving back to the house when my phone started ringing, an unknown number lighting up my screen. I declined the call not knowing who it could be, plus I barely answered unknown callers.

We made it back to the house around noon, spotting Nick's truck in the driveway indicating that the guys were home.

I was laughing at Rachel cracking a joke on Rachel as we entered the house. They were bickering back and forth like always when we dropped our bags and made our way to the game room where we knew the guys would most likely be.
