Third person's pov
The engagement party was still alive. Everyone was enjoying themselves. Emma excused herself to grab a drink while Ian was talking with one of his business friends.
She asked for an orange drink because it would not be civil of her to get drunk on her own engagement day.
“One shot please.” A girl the same age as Emma orders. Her voice is sharp and leans towards Emma.
“So you are the to-be-bride.” The girl snickers at her.
“Yeah, so?” Emma asks, taking her orange drink from the counter.
“He manipulated you quite well, didn't he?” She asks, clicking her tongue.
“What do you mean?” Emma asks.
“I'm Lucia, by the way. I would just cut to chase, he-” Lucia says, pointing her finger towards Ian and Emma follows the direction, “He's not what he looks like and he's definitely not what he shows to you.”
“Get straight to the fucking point.” Emma snarls.
“He doesn't love you, he's not capable of doing so. He's just manipulating you. I know it better. He'll just use you and throw you away like a rag doll.” Lucia says.
“He’s marrying me for god's sake and I'm not his fuckbuddy like you must've been.” Emma says.
“How'd you know?” Lucia asks, nervous.
“A typical ‘fuck buddy’ first but ‘caught feelings later’ relationship where the girl wants the guy to be hers and asks his fiance to back off from the wedding by spitting nonsense. Such a common storyline babes, bring something new to market, it's all old storylines.” Emma exclaims. Lucia opens her mouth to say something but is interrupted by a laugh. Both the girls snapped their heads towards the sound.
“Love, you're so cool.” Ian exclaims and Emma looks at Lucia who seems annoyed.
“Love? Haha what a stupid act, Ian. You are nothing but a manwhore who just can't keep it in his pants. You can never spend your life with one.” Lucia snarls.
“And what are you, huh? A slut? Who's just trying to break my engagement just so to get me in between your legs? So pathetic. Just fuck off.” Ian spats.
Lucia looks at Emma who's standing with a blank expression and walks away letting out a frustrated sigh.
“Love, your drink.” Ian says, pointing at the drink.
“You didn't have to insult her, Ian.” Emma says.
“Are you serious, love? You're taking sides with the girl who wanted to get you away from your fiance.” Ian asks, with a chuckle.
“There's nothing funny here, Ian. She loves you, it's clear in her eyes. How many girls I've to come across who are in love with you because you slept with them?” Emma asks.
“They're not in love with me. They love the way I fuck them.” Ian shrugs.
“Yeah. And they'll tell me how good they made my husband feel before me!” Emma says and walks away from the counter without taking her drink.
She sprints away and gets into the washroom.
Emma always wanted a lover who will always be hers. But when she saw someone else loving her fiance, she felt so broken. What if she'll never be enough for Ian?
She washes her face and wipes herself with a towel. She leaves the washroom taking a long breath. She sees Justin standing from a distance and he waves his hand to gain her attention. She smiled and was about to reach him when she felt a strong iron grip around her wrist and the next moment she was dragged inside a room.
She was pushed to the bed and a strong figure hovered over her. Emma was about to stand up but Ian hooked his knees between her legs blocking her from moving and intertwined their fingers above her head.
“What the fuck!” Emma yells, but her next words come muffled when a pair of lips were smashed against her kissing her bruisingly. She was angry but still kissed back. Their lips moved along against each other in sync. Ian slides his tongue inside Emma's warm cavern exploring her natural taste.
This is what he was waiting for for years. Emma's lips felt like a drug to Ian. Kissing her felt so relaxing than any fuck he’ve had. This pleasure is no match to them.
Ian hissed and pulled away. He released Emma's wrist and touched his bottom lips because Emma bit his lips. Before he could say anything she pushed him away and Ian sat beside her.
“What the fuck do you think you're doing? And where did the ‘We’ll have our first kiss at our wedding’ go?”
“I want you to know that no woman has ever made me feel as good as you. It was a mere fuck, I don't even kiss anyone before you. You're my first kiss, love. I never loved anyone before you. It was always you. It'll always be you.” Ian whispers, cupping her face. Emma sighed.
“I overreacted, didn't I?” Emma whispers back.
“You did not. You've all the right on me. You can be angry with me, you can even hit me, you can punish me however you want, just–just don't leave me.” Ian says, caressing her face with his thumb.
“I won't.” Ian smiles and captures Emma's lips once again and this time it's a soft, sensual kiss. They pulled away after some time.
“How are you such a good kisser when it's your first time?” Emma asks, amusedly.
“When it comes to you, I'm good at everything.” Ian says.
“Why did you fuck around when you were already in love with me?” Emma asks.
“I was having insomnia and still do. So it's an alternate way of spending my nights but I don't sleep with anyone after fucking. I leave the room instantly.” Ian says.
“Sounds like an asshole who leaves the room after fucking.” Emma snorts.
“I'm an asshole to everyone except you.” Ian says.
“So cheesy. You still sleep around?” Emma asks, unsure of the answer.
“No! I stopped when I moved here after taking over the company. It's been like three months since I stopped.” Ian says.
“Insomnia?” Emma asks.
“It's still there but I drink now.” Ian says.
“I'll cuddle you to sleep when we get married. We'll get over this together.” Emma exclaims and Ian chuckles.
Ian feels like someone cares after a long time just like he felt years ago.
“I didn't like how she called you a manwhore.” Emma huffs, pouting.
Ian chuckles, “I didn't even remember her face. I don't remember with whom all I fucked with.”
“You are so experienced, aren't you? I was afraid that you would get bored with me. I was insecure because she whispered in my ear before she left that I'll never be able to make you feel as good as she did. And that you'll go back to her eventually.” Emma says.
“Oh she's a bitch, love. I'll never get bored of you, believe me. I didn't wait for you all these years just to get bored of you.” Ian says, pulling her in for a hug.

“Hello Andrew?”
“Yes sir.”
“Take care of that Lucia. Threaten her to leave the city or end her, I don't care.”
“Okay sir.”
“Whoever comes in mine and my love’s way disappears. I'll get rid of each and everyone.” Ian snarls after hanging up the call.
