Justin Best friend
Since joining your group, Justin "Jah" De Dios had quickly become the talk of the school. His reputation as a member of the boy band BS91 had spread faster than anyone expected, and wherever he went, classmates gossiped or shyly watched him, mesmerized by the sight of a real-life idol.
At first, his fame had made him feel a bit untouchable, but his warm personality soon proved that he was just another student... well, almost. Despite his down-to-earth attitude, there was still an air of mystery about him. Everyone in the group, especially Cristel, was dying to know more about his life as an idol.
It was during lunch that Justin finally let his guard down a little. Sitting with you, Cristel, Aiden, and Goro at your usual table, he entertained you all with funny stories about his life in the spotlight.
"So, one time, we were doing a fan event," he began, leaning back in his chair with a grin. "And this fan handed me, like, a hundred tiny origami hearts. Each one had a little message in it."
Cristel gasped. "Did you read all of them?"
Justin chuckled. "I tried! But there were so many, and each message was like... paragraphs long. I got through a few and kept the rest. Honestly, I felt bad that I couldn't read every single one."
"Fans really do all that?" Goro asked, his tone respectful. "That's a lot of dedication."
"Oh yeah," Justin replied, nodding. "It's crazy sometimes, but it's also amazing. They put so much effort into things just to show their love and support."
Aiden looked at him thoughtfully. "It must be hard, though. I mean, all the pressure, trying to keep up with expectations..."
Justin shrugged, though his eyes showed a hint of seriousness. "Yeah, it can be. But I've got some amazing friends who keep me grounded, you know?"
The conversation flowed naturally, with Justin sharing bits and pieces of his experiences. You could tell he was holding back on some details, though, as if there was something bigger he was waiting to reveal.
Finally, as the conversation wound down, he glanced around the table, lowering his voice as if he was about to share a secret. "Hey, you guys want to know something interesting?"
Everyone leaned in, sensing that this was the moment they'd been waiting for.
Justin smirked. "Alright, I have a best, best, best friend, who's actually more popular than me."
Cristel's jaw dropped, her eyes wide with excitement. "No way! Who is it? I thought you were, like, the most popular idol around!"
Justin laughed. "Nope, not even close. My friend's on a whole different level." He looked at each of you, enjoying the suspense, then added, "He's an idol too. People go absolutely crazy for him."
Aiden tilted his head, clearly intrigued. "Wait, more popular than you? That's pretty impressive. Are we ever going to meet this guy?"
Justin shrugged casually, though you could tell he was pleased to be able to talk about his friend. "Maybe, if he's around. He's usually busy, but if he has the time, I'd love for you guys to meet him."
He glanced around, lowering his voice even further. "His stage name is... Agnes."
Cristel's eyes sparkled with curiosity. "Agnes? That name sounds so mysterious!"
"Agnes?" Goro repeated, raising an eyebrow. "That doesn't sound like the name of an idol. Are you serious?"
Justin laughed at their reactions, then gave a playful wink. "Hey, don't let the name fool you. The guy's talented beyond belief. He's more than earned his fame."
Cristel sighed dreamily. "He sounds amazing. I'd love to meet him someday."
You watched Justin closely, curious about the bond he had with Agnes. It was obvious that this friend meant a lot to him, maybe even more than just a typical friendship. There was a fondness in his voice whenever he mentioned Agnes, something that made you feel both intrigued and, strangely, a bit envious.
"So, is he, like, your rival or something?" Aiden teased with a grin.
Justin shook his head, chuckling. "No, not at all. I mean, he's definitely more popular, but we're like brothers. I'm proud of him, and he's proud of me. We've been through a lot together."
The way he spoke made you realize just how close they were. It wasn't just a friendship; it was a deep, unbreakable bond that had survived through the challenges of fame and public life. You could see that Agnes wasn't just an idol to Justin-he was a friend, a mentor, and perhaps even a guiding force in his life.
"Do you think he'd ever come visit?" you asked, trying to keep the excitement out of your voice.
Justin considered this for a moment, then nodded. "Maybe. If I can convince him to take a break, who knows?"
The conversation drifted back to other topics, but a sense of anticipation lingered in the air. The idea of meeting someone as famous as Agnes was thrilling, and you could tell that everyone was already daydreaming about what it would be like.
As lunch ended and everyone headed back to class, Cristel nudged you with a grin. "Can you imagine? Meeting Justin's best friend, the Agnes. It'd be like living in a dream."
You laughed, though inside, you couldn't shake the feeling of curiosity mixed with a touch of jealousy. Agnes was clearly special to Justin in a way that went beyond fame or popularity, and a part of you wondered what it would be like to have that kind of connection with someone.
