The atmosphere in the grand stadium was electric, a symphony of excitement and anticipation as thunderous applause erupted at the announcement of the prince's name. The crowd surged with energy, and amidst the sea of faces, Ollie felt a tremor of exhilaration ripple through him. He turned his gaze to the stage, where, for the first time, he beheld Prince Alistair of Arvanel. The prince stood tall, radiating an aura that shimmered in the sunlight, captivating the hearts of all who watched.

Ollie was mesmerized by the prince's beauty—his golden hair glinting like sunbeams and his deep blue eyes sparkling with conviction. As Prince Alistair began to speak, Ollie was drawn in by the cadence of his voice, a mixture of authority and warmth that wrapped around the audience like a gentle breeze. The prince's words flowed effortlessly, and with each sentence, he cast a spell of hope and possibility over the crowd.

“I am Prince Alistair,” he declared, his voice ringing clear and strong, filling the vast arena with a palpable sense of purpose. “Today, I stand before you not just as your prince but as a fellow dreamer. We live in a world filled with challenges, yet I believe that within each of you lies the potential for greatness. I have seen the struggles of our people, the barriers that often seem insurmountable, and I am here to tell you: it does not have to be this way.”

The crowd hushed, leaning in closer, captivated by the prince's impassioned plea. “Today marks a new dawn for the Kingdom of Arvanel. We are on the cusp of a transformative era, one where merit and determination outweigh the confines of privilege and lineage. The prestigious Goldenwing Academy shall now open its doors to all, regardless of their background. Whether you are from noble blood or humble beginnings, your potential is what truly matters!”

A wave of gasps and cheers swept through the crowd, and Ollie's heart raced with the realization that this moment marked a turning point for him and countless others. The prince continued, his voice rising with fervor, “Imagine a future where every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to achieve their dreams. A future where the talents of the underprivileged are nurtured alongside those of the elite. This is not merely a vision; it is my vow to each of you.”

Ollie's breath caught as he listened intently, feeling a sense of belonging he had never experienced before. The prince's words ignited a fire of determination within him, compelling him to dream bigger and reach for the stars.

“Today, I challenge you,” Prince Alistair continued, his gaze sweeping across the audience, locking eyes with many in the crowd. “I challenge you to strive for excellence, to chase your ambitions with unwavering passion. Do not let your past define you. Instead, let your actions, your dedication, and your dreams carve the path to your future.”

He paused, letting his words resonate, and then added, “No matter what background you come from, you have the opportunity to show your abilities and to become the person you’ve always dreamed of. You can even surpass the renowned legends in the World of Terra.”

At that moment, Ollie felt as if the prince believed in him wholeheartedly, as if Alistair's faith alone could lift him to heights he had only dared to imagine. The idea that someone of such stature would champion the cause of the underprivileged filled Ollie's heart with hope and possibility.

“Together, we will forge a kingdom that embraces diversity, a kingdom where every individual is valued for their unique contributions. Each of you possesses gifts that are waiting to be discovered. Let the world see your light!” The prince's voice soared, inspiring cheers and applause that echoed throughout the stadium.

As the prince concluded his speech, he raised his arms in a gesture of unity, inviting everyone to share in the vision he had painted. “Let us build a future that we can all be proud of! Stand with me, Arvanel, as we embark on this journey together!” The crowd erupted into fervent applause, the excitement palpable as Ollie clapped along with the throng, his heart swelling with admiration.

But Ollie wasn’t just captivated by the prince's inspiring words; it was the trust and sincerity that radiated from Alistair. In that moment, Ollie felt he was being personally addressed, his own dreams intertwined with the prince's vision for the kingdom. He wished fervently to thank Alistair, to express his gratitude for believing in those like him.

As the festivities continued, high-ranking individuals took turns sharing their thoughts on the new law, outlining the admissions process for the academy. Yet Ollie remained entranced, his mind lingering on the prince’s powerful declaration. The world around him faded away, replaced by visions of his future at Goldenwing Academy, where he hoped to turn dreams into reality.

But as the ceremony came to a close, reality set in. This was likely the last time he would see Prince Alistair in person. His role at the event was purely ceremonial, and soon Alistair would return to the Capital, back to his royal responsibilities. The thought filled Ollie with both disappointment and resolve. He would find a way to attend Goldenwing Academy, to pursue his dreams, and perhaps, just perhaps, catch another glimpse of the prince.

Later that day, as the group of friends gathered to discuss the event, the excitement was palpable. Laughter and chatter filled the air as they shared their thoughts and feelings about the ceremony. But amidst the joy, Dylan, who had grown close to Ollie over the years, felt a pang of discomfort. He had noticed Ollie’s eyes sparkling with admiration as they watched the prince on stage, and it left him feeling uneasy. Dylan had his own unspoken admiration for Ollie, but seeing him so taken by the prince stirred a strange mix of emotions within him.

As they began to head home, Dylan hesitated, his heart racing. He called out to Ollie, who turned back, curiosity etched on his face. “Hey, can we talk for a second?” Dylan gestured away from the group, wanting a moment of privacy. The others went on, their voices fading into the distance.

Once alone, Dylan took a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves. “I was just wondering if… if you’re okay,” he started, searching for the right words. He wanted to know how Ollie felt about the event, to gauge his thoughts on the prince’s speech and the new opportunities it would bring.

Ollie shrugged, his enthusiasm still bubbling over. “I’m more than okay, Dylan! Did you hear what the prince said? It feels like everything is finally within reach for people like us! I can’t wait to apply to Goldenwing Academy!”

Dylan’s heart sank a little. He was happy for Ollie, but the thought of his friend’s admiration for the prince weighed heavily on him. He had intended to ask if he could accompany Ollie to the northern town with their father to see the prince off, but as he recalled Ollie's sparkling eyes during the ceremony, doubt clouded his mind. What if he couldn’t compete with the image of the prince in Ollie’s heart?

“I just thought… maybe I could join you and Dad when we go to the northern town,” Dylan began, but the words felt heavy on his tongue. He hesitated, remembering Ollie's expression. “But never mind,” he quickly brushed it aside, forcing a smile. “It’s nothing.”

Ollie sensed the shift in Dylan’s demeanor. “Are you sure?” he asked, tilting his head in concern. “You seem a bit off.”

Dylan sighed, knowing he needed to push aside his own feelings. “No, really, I’m fine. Just… excited for you.” He managed to keep his voice steady, masking the truth behind a facade of brotherly support.

Realizing their conversation was drifting into an uncomfortable silence, Ollie’s enthusiasm began to wane. He searched for something more to say but found nothing that felt right. With a resigned smile, he decided to end the conversation. “Well, I’d better head home. We can talk more tomorrow?”

“Sure,” Dylan replied, forcing a smile, but inside, he felt a swirl of conflicting emotions. As Ollie walked away, a wave of determination surged within him. He couldn’t let his friend’s dreams overshadow his own feelings. There was something he needed to figure out—about himself and his bond with Ollie.

As Ollie headed home, his thoughts swirled with dreams of the future. The speech of Prince Alistair lingered in his mind like a melody, filling him with hope. He couldn’t shake the feeling that this was only the beginning of an adventure—one that would lead him closer to the prince and the dreams he held dear. In the world of Terra, where magic thrived and possibilities were endless, he knew he had to seize this opportunity, not just for himself but also for those who believed in him. And as he walked, the winds seemed to whisper secrets of the journey ahead, urging him onward toward his destiny.
