The boy with black curly hair handed me and Zemira the packet. I didn’t open it, but just stared at it. Zemira opened her packet and just started in disbelief. “Why are we invited to a private school?” She asked the curly haired boy.

“Well, you both are special,” he said as if that would help.

“And? That doesn't explain why though,” Zemira told him. He shrugged,

“Sorry, I won't be able to explain this to you, but the principal will explain it better than I could.” Zemira shook her head in disbelief. The boy with the black hair and almond blue eyes came in and gave the curly haired boy a bottle of water.

“ You both never told me your names,” the curly haired boy said.

“I'm Zemira,” She said, putting all the papers back in the envelope. The curly haired boy looked at me. I looked away. I don't trust these two boys, they scare me. Especially the boy with the blue eyes.

“What's your name?” the curly haired boy asked me. I didn't reply.

“What's wrong?” Zemira asked me. I looked at her and immediately thought about the monster that had caused such awful wounds on her. She could have died protecting me.

“Are you ok? You look pale,” Zemira said. I am so weak. I clenched my hands hard, fingernails biting in.

“I’m fine,” my voice trembled. “Would you like some water?” The curly headed boy asked me.

“My name is Lucian and that piece of trash is Azreal,” he told me, trying to make me comfortable. I looked at Azrael, who rolled his eyes at me.
Anger burned in my stomach, what's this guy's problem?

“Are you not going to tell us your name?” Lucian asked again. I looked at him and he stepped back. He raised his hands in surrender, “Don't get so mad.”
I got out of bed, “where are you going?” Zemira asked me.

“I need to get fresh air,” I told her. Just as I was about to grab the door handle, someone grabbed my wrist,

“No can do. You're not going anywhere, you crybaby,” Azrael said.

“Let me go,” I told him. I glared at him but he just laughed at me,

“If you wanna go then u better fight  me.”

“Azrael,” Lucian said in a warning tone. I
narrowed my eyes on him. Guys like him always seemed to pick on the weak and I was one of them. I raised my other hand to slap him but he caught it. He grinned at me, his blue eyes twinkling. I took a deep breath, pulled my arms bringing him close and slammed my forehead against his. He let go of my wrists. I grabbed the door handle and pushed the door open, before I left. I stuck my tongue out. He glared at me in anger and I ran. I kept running until I knew I was lost. I slumped against the wall breathing hard. Silence filled my ears. The smell of disinfect burning my nose. I got up and pushed the door to the exit. The fresh air of nature bringing me back to earth, the cool breeze ruffling my dark brown hair, and the sun hitting my red-brownish eyes. Everything that happened today came rushing in all of a sudden. I fell to my knees as tears rushed down my face. I will never be a normal girl again. I knew that well. After a while I stopped crying. I stared at the clear blue sky.

“IIIIIIIIIII SMELLLLLLLLLL SOMETHHIIIIIINNNGGGG DELCIOUSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!” I heard someone sing out. I got up only to face another one of those demons. His whole face was stretched out, blood dripping out of his nails, he smiled at me, showing me blood on his teeth. I screamed and fell down.

“I haven’t eaten a teenage girl in ages,” he said happily. He slowly made his way to me and I couldn’t move. Tears slide down my cheek, I’m going to die here. I got up as he closed in and tried to run, only to feel claws dig into my back. I screamed in agony and fell on my knees. I touched my back only to feel blood.
