Timeskip a few months later:
"I'm fucking exhausted- I hate English" sanemi complained, flopping onto his bed, not even bothering to look around the room.
"You don't like English? I think that might be one of my best subjects other than Phyz. ED" giyuu said, he was sitting on his phone, he had on a red sweater and sweatpants.
Sanemi lifted his head slightly to look over at giyuu, blushing slightly when they made eye contact.
Sanemi had noticed that in the few months since him and giyuu had been roommates he had grown.. attached? Maybe that wasn't the right word.
Sanemi had grown used to giyuus presence, his voice, that cheap cologne he wears, the mess, the strands of hair everywhere.
Sanemi had grown accustomed to the change, he had grown accustomed to giyuu.
"Well yeah- I'm illiterate." Sanemi said, watching giyuu jump slightly as his phone slipped from his hands, landing on his face.
"I didn't know that-" giyuu said, sitting up, rubbing his nose as tears pricked the corners of his eyes.
"Are you okay-?" Sanemi asked, looking over to giyuu.
Giyuu looked almost different? He usually had a bit of makeup on, and his hair was usually in a ponytail but right now it was down and messy.
Around his eyes were slightly red, and he looked more tired.
"I'm fine- I just dropped my phone on my face" giyuu said, pulling his hood off his head.
"I know but- you know what..? Uh- nevermind." Sanemi said, sitting up aswell.
"Anyway- I'm going to go visit my family, I'll be back in a couple of hours, alright?" Giyuu stated, getting off his bed, walking over to the door and putting his shoes on.
"What-? But I just got back? Sabito also invited us to hangout for a bit-" sanemi said, getting up as well and walking over to giyuu.
"You can go" giyuu said, looking at him.
"What-? No! Why would I go without you?" Sanemi asked, shaking giyuus shoulders harshly.
"You're gonna give me a concussion! And they were your friends before you met me, you have BEEN hanging out with them without me there." Giyuu said, holding sanemis hands to stop him from shaking giyuu senseless.
"Hey- you should actually bring me- you've met my mom before, right? It's only fair I get to meet yours!" Sanemi said, smiling.
Giyuu thought for a moment, thinking of the pros and cons of letting sanemi meet his sister and mother.
"I guess.. but you can't call me a fag, you can't call ANYBODY a fag actually.. uhm.. I think it's common sense to have manners.. and- they'll ask a lot of questions.." giyuu said, looking at sanemi, expecting him to back out.
"That's alright, should I get changed?" Sanemi asked giyuu. Gituu glanced at sanemi up and down, sanemi was wearing a plain black shirt with baggy jeans.
"You're fine- I look worse. Anyway, let's go." Giyuu said, pulling sanemi along.
When they got to giyuus house and walked in they could instantly smell salmon cooking.
"I'm home! And I brought a 'friend' For you guys to meet!" Giyuu said, and instantly the two women came rushing in, tsutakos hair was down, and she was wearing shorts and a big black t-shirt. His mom was more properly dressed, she was just in a usual mother dress and cardigan with her hair in a braid.
Sanemi jumped slightly as the two girls instantly came, asking questions.
"Oh you're giyuus friend? How lovely!"
