Chicago Illinois
"I promise, I will be fine. Don't worry so much, Severide." Ellie Scott commented as the leader of the rescue squad walked her up the walkway to the townhouse that she had purchased from his best friend Matt Casey who was living next door. "It's going to give you more gray hair." Libby Reagan, his girlfriend who was trailing behind them carrying Ellie's bag laughed, "She isn't wrong babe, you are already pretty gray."
Kelly Severide rolled his eyes and took the keys from Ellie to unlock the door. The girl had taken a fall at a scene and tweaked her back and Chief Boden ordered her to go home.
"It was a hard hit, Ell. We heard it from where we were at." He finally said he had felt the floor shake from where he was with Vargas and Capp. 'Trust me Sev, I have taken harder hits than that." Ellie paused when she saw a familiar black car sitting in her small driveway. "I am almost afraid to ask." He retorted following her gaze.
"Don't worry about it, it's probably just a neighbor across the street who knew I wasn't going to be home for a while. I don't mind it. Y'all better go back to the firehouse before Boden thinks I kidnapped ya." She held her hand out for her bags.
The last thing that she wanted was to have them meet Dean Winchester, who had broken into her house and broken her heart one too many times. Who was also fiercely overprotective of her. And who even though he was absent a lot of the time earned the ire of her Station 51 family for those moments when he broke her heart.
Kelly unlocked the door and pushed it open for her, "Call us if you need anything, Ell, I mean it." "Yes sir." She sassed giving him a two-finger salute before stepping into the house and turning on the lights.
Libby put the bags down next to where Ellie was toeing off her shoes, her eyes catching sight of Dean who stuck his head outside of the kitchen doorway. Ellie followed her glance and smirked before meeting her eyes and shaking her head no. "Be safe, Ell, we will check in on you later."
'You too.' She replied watching as her friends returned back to the rescue truck that was parked in front of her house. Waiting until they were in the truck before she shut the door and twisted the lock.
Dean was on her before she had a chance to react, his mouth crashing against hers, his hands pulling at her dark blue paramedic shirt to pull it off of her. "Dean, love, stop." She whimpered as he bit her lower lip, and succeeded in finally getting the shirt off of her.
"God." He groaned, "I missed you."
"I missed you too, but what are you doing here?" She asked as he started undoing the black belt that she had on, "You normally just call for phone sex."
He shook his head not wanting to answer her questions right away, bringing up John and his missing and how he needed her help with getting Sam to help him would ruin it, "Dean." Her hand grabbed a hold of his wrist to stop him, "What are you doing here?"
"Can't I just come and see you?" He questioned, frustrated, all he wanted at that moment was to be with her and in her and not worry about anything else. Not his dad missing, not his sister disappearing off of the face of the planet. Not talking to Sam for two years. Not a damn thing.
He just wanted to be with her.
She cupped his jaw in her hands and fused their mouths again. 'Bedroom is through there." She muttered against his mouth. He of course already knew that, having looked through all the rooms in the house before she returned home. His hands went to her ass and cupped it before lifting her and carrying her into her bedroom.
"Careful babe," She winced when her back hit the front of her bedroom door, "I had a bad fall earlier.'
He paused, green eyes studying her.
