My idiot said I forgot that there were 4 (or 3) recommended students. So Aiko's placement in the entrance exams should've been on the 26th instead of the 39th... or something like that.

This is gonna be a shit show.

Or, well, that is if Endeavor is actually there. Endeavor had a history of being absent most of the Todoroki kid's lives with the exception of training Shoto, of course.

Me and my big sister Meo and I spent a good portion of our childhood with the Todoroki's. It had originally started out with mother wanting to see how her little sister Rei was doing. Mei, my mother, had always been worried for her younger sister, especially after she got married off to Endeavor.

Her baby sister had been forced into a quirk marriage. How couldn't she be worried. Thus, every opportunity mom got, she'd pile us into the car and drive us over to spend the day at the Todoroki's.

My father was against the idea at first. Despite his stern exterior, he always had a soft spot for kids. And when he saw the way Endeavor was treating his kids, his distaste for the man only grew exponentially. He quickly became the father figure the Todoroki's lacked, including Shoto. On the rare occasions he'd see him, that is.

I suppose after the incident, it had just become a common occurrence for us to spend our free weekends at the Todoroki household. It always pissed Endeavor off, which gave my father all the more reason to visit.

"Were here."

Shoto announced. Meo's car was sitting in front of the house, which meant her and her father had already arrived. "Are you gonna eat with us tonight?" Man, it's hard to talk to Shoto. This is so awkward. I hate it.

"No, sorry, I'm going to go train." Seriously, all you ever do is train. "Right. I'll tell everyone you said hi... Just don't forget to eat, okay?"

Even though we weren't the closest, I still worry about his health. Can have Endeavor's Secret Weapon or whatever he's calling home these days pass out due to exhaustion. "I won't."

We went out separate ways after once we made it inside. I headed towards the dining room. The dining room was right next to the kitchen, so we often hung out there while waiting for Fuyumi occasionally with the help of Meo to make dinner.

"Hey Ai, how was your first day?" Meo said as she crossed the dining area and back into the kitchen. Dad and Natsu were sitting at the table, Dad at the head, and Natsu to his left.

"Eventful, to say the least." I sat across from Natsu, setting my bag next to me.

"Did you bring the goods?" Natsu asked with a serious expression on his face. Way to make it look like where doing something illegal.

"You two better not be dealing drugs or something in there!" Fuyumi, being the concerned mother-figure she always is. Natsu's fake serious expression ceased to exist replaced by laughter. He's such an idiot. But he's also technically my best friend... is it sad that my best friend is my cousin?

"Why would we be dealing drugs in front of Ojisan?" Hes not wrong, dad is a retired pro hero after all. "Anyway, did you bring it?!" Impatient much.

"Yes, I did." I pulled out a deck of standard playing cards from my bag. "Best outta three?" I shuffled the cards.

"What game are you playing?" Father asked. "It's basically Uno without the added bonuses. The same rules apply, If it's the same type of card, hearts, or spade, you place it." I explained
