Chapter 2: was it really THAT long

LANAS POV:

After the events of the fight the girls were driven home. Awkward silence speaking volumes while Lana was just sitting there in silence. her mother Julie driving the car the occasional honks inbetween the sounds of heavy rain as Lana sat there no words, just plain silence her mom looking at her worried as they stopped in traffic.

Julie: So umm how was school before the ummm incident? *she said trying to lighten the mood.*

*Lana soon looked at her mom replying.*

Lana: it was good I guess nothing eventful happened before.

Julie: That's nice I guess? After we get home I gotta get back to the hospital I'll give u 20$ to order food for yourself I'll be back by tomorrow. *She said driving back traffic finally disappearing.*

*after a while around 30 minutes from a bit of traffic again Julie dropped Lana at her house.*

Julie: By honey Love you <3 ྀི.

Lana: Love you to<3 ྀི.

*Julie soon got back to driving to the hospital leaving Lana alone in the house. Lana sat on the couch bored not knowing what to do scrolling on TikTok trying to take her mind off stuff. Looking at her notifications checking the likes and comments on her latest TikTok. The amount of support on her videos helping the sadness blow away just a little but still away. Replying to some comments from her Makeup looks to her fashion outfits to some day in the life videos and lastly the get ready with me videos around 1935 new followers in a 4 hour span. Much slower then her normal rate of followers but it's better then nothing.*

Pouring a drink for herself she sips a bit enjoying it.

Lana: I should totally try to use that fight for clout *she said to herself*

Inside Lana's head: but what happens if someone from school finds it

Lana: is this good to post probably not. *she said refusing to record the video pushing it to the back of her mind.*

*after a little while Lana felt herself getting a bit hungry as she looked out the window mainly out of boredom. Picking up the cash her mom left her she calls up a local pizza place or order a pie.*

?: Hello this is Zed from Pizza Palace what would you like to order. *he says miserable.*

Lana: can I just take 1 large cheese pie.

Zed: Yeah *he says writing the order down on a pen pad.* anything else.

Lana: No thanks

Zed: your order will be here in 30 minutes. *He says hanging up the phone muttering "Basic B#t#h" under his breath.*

*lana waits for the food to be delivered waiting by the door the rain still outside clear as day holding the cash in her hand. Waiting patiently very busy by the rain to even remember what she needed to do.*

*Zed soon pulled up after 30 minutes with pizza in his hand. Snapping his fingers to get Lana's attention*

Zed: this will be 18.55 *he says holding his hand out*

*Lana out of her dozing off snapped back to reality taking the pizza giving the 20 dollar bill*

Zed: Will u like to donate 1 dollar and 45 cents to help children in Florida who are in the hurricane right now

Lana: No :)

Zed: Good for you I guess *he says reaching in his pocket for a dollar and 45 cents giving it to her.*
