"Bum? Bakit wala na akong office?!" kunot-noong tanong ni Jastine.

Kenneth had just entered their building and was heading to his office when he bumped into Jastine, who just got out from the elevator. Jastine was now staying in his unit. They had arrived at the building together, but Jastine insisted on going first even though he said to wait for him. So, he completely forgot about the "surprise" he had for him.

"Why is my office gone, bum? It's now an extension of the sewing room. So, san ako mag-o-office ngayon?" he asked again.

Kenneth took his hand and guided him slowly as they walked back into the elevator kung saan kabababa lang ni Jastine.

"Calm down, bun. Aga-aga nakasimangot. I'll show you your new office. Let's go," he said. One hand was holding Jastine's while his other hand was carrying Jastine's laptop and bag.

They were now riding the elevator when Kenneth felt that Jastine poking him again.

"Where's my new office? Okay naman ako dun, why do you have to relocate me?" tanong nito.

He quickly glanced at him. "Wait lang bun, we're going there na."

"Saan nga new office ko?" he persistently asked again.

"Almost there bun." he replied.

Ding! The elevator bell rang, and Justin's gaze shifted to the floor number as the doors opened. He frowned, they were now on the 7th floor where Kenneth's office was located

He stayed quiet, even though he was feeling very curious.

He paused for a moment when he noticed that there was now a shag carpet extending from the elevator all the way to the hallway, leading up to the door of Kenneth's office.

"Was it comfortable?" Kenneth asked as he stepped on the carpet.

Well, comfortable is an understatement. He liked that the floor was soft, his tummy was getting bigger and heavier kaya naman medyo madali na ding sumakit ang talampakan niya, which made his feet hurt more easily. Having this soft carpet really helped minimize and relieve the pain in his feet.

"Yes, bum, it feels nice" he answered.

"Good." sagot naman nito, and they continued walking without letting go of each other's hands.

But Jastine stopped him. "Wait nga, bum, I thought we were going to my office? Eh papunta sa office mo 'to eh," he said.

"Relax, okay? We're getting there, bun. Just trust me," he replied.

With that, they continued walking.

Jastine noticed that the paint on the walls had also changed. The boring black and gray from before was now a combination of moss green, pastel green, and jet black patterns. The design was easy on the eyes, and since green was one of his favorite colors, lalo niyang nagustuhan.

"How was it?" Kenneth asked as he noticed Jastine lightly touching the walls.

"Ang ganda, bum! Very easy on the eyes and mas may buhay na siya ngayon," he commented.
