In the quiet corners of her mind,
She hides the scars left behind,
By cruel words and mocking jests,
From those who think they know best.

A girl who struggles with her weight,
And fears the cruelty of fate,
For bullies target her with glee,
Mocking her for all to see.

But in the darkness, she finds light,
In the arms of her love so bright,
A girlfriend who holds her close,
And whispers words of comfort and prose.

Though miles apart, their hearts are one,
In the embrace of a love undone,
By distance and the cruelty of time,
Yet their love remains pure and divine.

Through tears and fears, they stand strong,
Together they'll right the wrong,
Of those who seek to harm and hurt,
With love they'll heal and assert.

So let the bullies mock and jeer,
For in her heart, she holds near,
The love of a girl so true and dear,
Who banishes all doubt and fear.

For love will conquer all in the end,
And in their hearts, it will transcend,
The trials and tribulations they face,
For love will always find its place.
