After A Long time || Jax x Reader || TADC ||

🎃Halloween Special🎃

Y/n's POV:

I was rummaging through my closet, trying to find a costume to wear, while Jack was on my bed in a loaf position. Today was Halloween in the digital circus, and all of us are required to dress up in a costume.

I looked through my closet and after hours(only 5 minutes) of rummaging inside, I finally found it. My vampire costume! I don't why I had it here but I didn't care, I'm just glad that I found it.

I grabbed the costume and started putting it on.

After I put it on, I styled my hair then adjusted my costume. Damn, I look good. I took of my mask and decided to try something new today, by not wearing a mask.

I looked at Jack who was still sleeping on my bed and put a little devil headband on him. He looked so adorable!!

I picked him up and headed to the lobby where everyone was probably waiting for me.

Once I got there, I saw everyone wearing a costume: Ragatha was wearing an Annabelle costume, even her hair was braided. Zooble just drawn on some stitches on her to make her look like Frankenstein. Pomni just had a blanket draped over her. Gangle was a mummy(obviously). Kinger was dressed up as SCREAM. Caine was a scientist. And Jax was a wolf.

"Hey, guys!" I greeted. They all looked at me and waved "Oh, hey there, Y/n!" Ragatha greeted happily. "I like your costume, Y/n!" Gangle said with a smile "Thanks, Gangle! I like your costume too. It suits you." I complimented. "Thank yo--" she was cut off by Jax who suddenly shoved her, causing her mask to break "You don't even look good, Gangle. You just have a bunch of ropes wrapped around you." Jax said. I helped Gangle up and I glared at him "Shut up, ugly wolf-rabbit" I said annoyed. "Geez, what's up with you today? Can't handle the truth?" he asked. I just rolled my eyes at him and walked away. But he started walking beside me "So, you aren't wearing your mask today.." he said "Yeah, I'm not. Do you have a problem with it?" I asked, and he just shook his head. "I see that you also dressed up the little guy, huh?" he said as he looked at Jack "Yeah, I did. And he looks so cute!" I said as I snuggled Jack against my chest. But then Jax suddenly asked me a question that kind of caught me off guard "What about me? Do you think.. I'm...Well.... Cute..?"  he asked in a quiet voice. I blinked at him a few times before a light pink blush suddenly crept onto my cheeks "W-well... I guess?" I said. He looked at me with narrowed eyes "I guess? The heck is that supposed to mean?" he said sternly "Well I--" he cut me off "If you found Jack cute, then why not me as well? We literally look the same!" he argued. "You aren't cute," he looked at me, slightly disappointed "You're handsome." I added. Then suddenly, his face turned red as he looked away "Aww, are you flustered?" I said teasingly. "Shut up, you blood sucking idiot." he grumbled. I just laughed "Blood sucking idiot, huh? You want me to show you blood sucking?" I asked as I leaned closer. His face turned redder as he tried backing away, but his body just froze. As I leaned in, he closed his eyes,waiting for something to happen. But what he just got was something soft touching him. He opened his eyes and saw me using Jack to place bunny kisses on his face. He frowned and pushed me away, and I just laughed "What? Were you expecting something else?" I asked teasingly "Shut up, Idiot." he said annoyed.

(I finally posted something! Yay! Anyways, I know it's kinda bad because I'm quite busy with a new chapter I'm working on. I'll probably post it in a week or something.
