Both of them started some small talk while skating around the rink, like what's their favorite color, their birthday, their favorite animals, friends, hobbies, etc.. that was until Flora brought up Lucifer.
"Hey Shooka?"
"Yea Flora?"
"Why do you act so.. rude around Lucifer?"
The sudden mention of Lucifer made her stop moving on the rink, Flora stopped skating too and leaned against the wall beside Shooka. It was all going according to Shooka's plan perfectly.. she quickly put on a fake sad face.
"Well.... She's not as nice as you think of, Flora."
Flora looked at Shooka in confusion, what does she mean by that? What are the problems between them? Is she just saying that to make Lucifer look bad or is she actually a bad person?
"There's some issues that lie between us.. I'll tell you next time we meet, okay?"
"....Okay then."
"Well, I'll get going now."
She pulls out a piece of paper and hands it to Flora.
"Here's my number, call me later okay?"
Shooka smiles at Flora and exits the rink. Flora stood there in confusion. What the hell was that? Was Shooka telling the truth? They just met though- she shouldn't believe her right..? But.. never mind. This was just too much for Flora and she decides to just rest on the bench for a while to think this through.
Her life was just nearly perfect with no distractions and now it's nearly a mess! And was Shooka saying that Lucifer isn't a good person?
The easy way out of this problem would be to just stop meeting them both but she wanted to get to know them, it might not even been a week since they met but she felt like she had to figure this out. She's not the type to meet someone new and ditch them a few days after, even if they met for a short amount of time.
When Shooka exits the building, she walks to an alleyway and pulls out her phone. She calls someone and that someone answers.
"Things are going exactly to plan sir."
"...Good... did you get any information on that girl yet?"
"Yes, apparently she's seeing one of my teammates and it's unfortunately my enemy, Lucifer. It won't be long until she falls into your trap. How long are you gonna take to finish your part of the deal?!"
Shooka sounded really impatient.
"Don't worry, I will once you get that girl to where I am. You know where I am anyways and you already know I'm trustworthy."
"YOU NEVER SAID I WAS SUPPOSED TO BRING HER TO YOU?! HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO BRING HER TO #%|!"
"Fine fine, I have a plan but listen to me carefully, you first ......"
After explaining, she rolls her eyes, obviously annoyed at the person over the phone.
"Well you still summoned me to make the deal with me, no?"
"That was before I- Ugh, go to hell."
The person over the phone just laughed before hanging up.
Shooka turned around since she felt like she was being watched but saw nothing.
"Probably the wind. Jesus Christ I definitely need more sleep, I'm starting to hallucinate.
She walked away. Little does she know there was in fact someone watching her.
...Meanwhile with Lucifer...
Lucifer was at the bus stop waiting for bus 253, she hated Shooka so much. She always lied and was such a hypocrite! It's really ridiculous sometimes. And she's very good at it too since she always deceived people with her looks. Looks can be so deceiving. Her blond curly hair, green eyes and braces often tricked people into leaving and betraying Lucifer no matter how much she tells them that Shooka is bad.
How the hell did a day that was supposed to be a fun, easy, relaxing day turn into a stressed mess? "Can't Shooka keep to herself? Why does she have to interrupt her day?! She just had to use her stupid mouth- I wish she could just-" she thought to herself before she heard a
BING!
Ah, the bus was here. She got on her bus as she took a seat and leaned against the window. Could this day get any worse-?
Once she arrived at her stop, it started raining. Guess it could get worse after all. She started running to her house because who wants to get their clothes wet?
She ran before she bumped into someone.
"I'm sorry I wasn't looking sir-"
"No no. My apologies, dearest. It was my fault that I didn't move out of the way! Allow me to help you up, if you'd like that is."
Lucifer glances up to see a girl. She was carrying a clear umbrella and had a cottegecore look but also kinda looked like a guy. Her voice was . She reached out her hand to Lucifer and Lucifer took a moment to process before she took her hand.
The girl then uses her clear umbrella to cover both of them instead of just her.
"So where are you heading, dear? Maybe I can help you. I'd hate to see you just soak in the rain!"
"I'm going home right now.."
"Alone in the rain? I don't think that's a nice idea. Come on, allow me to walk you home since I have an umbrella."
"Oh- are you sure? It might be a problem for you. I live quite far."
"Nonsense! It would be rude of me to not do so after accidentally pushing you down!"
"Oh um- alright then."
