The Last Poetry

"On the paths we crossed,
a light went out, 
Amid laughter and promises,
time led us apart.

I search for you in memories,
in every beat of my heart,
But now, there’s only silence,
pushing us farther apart. 

I miss what we were,
every moment we shared,
The warmth of our conversations,
the love that once cared. 

Life is a maze,
with many roads to choose, 
Yet my heart still searches
for what it fears to lose. 

If you ever come back,
know I’ll still be here, 
Holding onto these feelings,
year after year.

For even from afar,
my love remains true,
And the tears I can’t hold
have soaked the page too. 

But if you never return,
I’ll bear the pain inside,
Holding close the love
that can’t be denied."
