Lie low.

Summary: After a monster attack, the streets are chaos and Nico can think of only one place that's close enough to wait it out.

Nico sighed before knocking on the door. He felt bad for doing this, but he needed a place to lay low for a little bit, just until the chaos died down. Sally answered the door Estelle on her hip.

"Hi, Sally."

"Come in." She said with a warm smile before I could even explain anything. At Sally insistence, I had changed into some of Percy's old clothes, while she washed mine. That was why I was holding a sleepy Estelle in the living room while she started the laundry.

Estelle yawned and shifted sleepily in my grasp. Sally had said Estelle was going to take a nap after she had finished starting the laundry anyway, so he started rocking her gently and hummed softly. Estelle glanced up at me with tired eyes; she must have decided that I was safe because she laid her head on my neck. I kept rocking gently, soon enough Estelle's breathing evened out, fast asleep. Of course a few minutes later, the door opened and Percy and Paul came in. Percy took one look at me, with the fast asleep Estelle in my arms and grinned.

"Do you want to take her?" I whispered to Paul.

He nodded and soon he had the still sleeping Estelle in his arms.

"Trying to steal my sister?" Percy teased.

"Well actually..." He said playing along.

Percy laughed. "I'm going to tell Hazel you said that."

"Go ahead; I'm sure she wouldn't mind." Nico said in response.
