As dawn's early light crept into Lynn's room, Daisy quietly gathered her things, careful not to make a sound. Lynn, still half-asleep, watched with a smile as Daisy adjusted her bag over her shoulder and tiptoed to the window.

"Come here," Lynn whispered, reaching for Daisy's hand.

Daisy moved back over to Lynn's bed, feeling her heart flutter as Lynn pulled her down for a soft, lingering kiss. The morning chill and the quiet thrill of sneaking out made the moment even more electric.

"I'll text you when I get home," Daisy whispered, her voice barely audible.

"Can't wait to see you later," Lynn murmured, brushing a loose strand of hair from Daisy's face.

With one last smile, Daisy climbed out the window, carefully stepping down onto the nearby tree branch and lowering herself to the ground. She stole one last glance up to Lynn's window before hurrying off, her heart racing from the excitement of the night and the thrill of sneaking back home.

As she walked the familiar streets back to her house, Daisy thought about Lynn's words from last night, about their little pact and the song she'd written. Every step home felt lighter, like the weight of the past weeks was finally starting to lift.

By the time she slipped into her house, it was still early enough that her parents weren't up yet. She crept quietly up the stairs to her bedroom, grateful she hadn't been caught. Her mind was racing with memories from the night before, and she knew today would be just as special when she saw Lynn again.

Back at Lynn's, she lay in bed for a few more minutes, her heart warm from Daisy's goodbye kiss. Today was already starting off perfectly, and she couldn't wait to see Daisy later and keep making memories together.

As Lynn shuffled down the stairs, still groggy and lost in thoughts of Daisy, she turned the corner into the kitchen and nearly bumped into Luna, who was leaning against the counter with a smirk plastered on her face.

"Well, good morning, Miss Romantic," Luna said with a knowing glint in her eye. "Sleep well?"

Lynn's cheeks went pink immediately. "Uh... yeah, why?"

Luna chuckled, taking a sip of her coffee. "Oh, no reason. Just that some of us were trying to get some sleep last night... and maybe someone should consider warning me if things are gonna get, you know, lively."

Lynn's eyes went wide, and her face turned scarlet. "Oh my god, Luna," she hissed, glancing around to make sure no one else was nearby. "You were awake?"

"Awake?" Luna laughed. "Yeah, try 'wide awake with a pillow over my head.' Honestly, Lynn, next time? Noise-canceling headphones. For my own sanity."

Lynn buried her face in her hands, feeling a mix of embarrassment and laughter bubbling up. "I... I didn't know you could hear anything!" she stammered, her voice barely a whisper.

"Hey, no shame in it," Luna teased, ruffling Lynn's hair. "Just maybe, you know, keep it to a dull roar next time?"

Lynn pushed Luna's hand away, half-giggling. "Alright, alright, message received. Now, please, can we pretend you didn't hear anything?"

"No promises," Luna said with a wink, turning back to her coffee with a grin as Lynn scrambled to make herself breakfast, still red-faced and smiling.

That afternoon, as they lounged on Daisy's bed, an easy warmth filled the room. They were wrapped up in each other, laughing and teasing, and it didn't take long before their playful touches turned softer, closer. The kisses grew deeper, and soon they were lying tangled together, Daisy's hand resting on Lynn's cheek as she gazed into her eyes.
