It's been a few days since Dias has... Done... Anything... He's been living off of the silver he finds off the ground and he seldom heads to the forest to collect shrieker eyes to sell.
Unfortunately, having shrieker eyes as your only income is quite... Problematic. Considering the fact that each eye is around... 1-3 silver each, depending on who you sell to.
With the little silver he had, he decided to buy a cheap, weak, and shabby bronze sword. Hoping to head back to the Knights hoping that just maybe they'd take him back.

The peering eyes of his former allies are all focused on Dias, who had just arrived at the Knights Hall. He could feel all the glares, all their thoughts... Everything. He must look like a dog walking back to their owner after it tried to run away.
The hallway feels tighter than ever, the same walk back to a Lieutenant feels like a sandy beach, in which Dias is walking to the waters... To drown.
He slowly opens the door, revealing another... Hallway... With a Lieutenant, staring out the window at the very end of it. Dias walks slowly, his senses being heightened due to his emotions. He taps the back of the Lieutenant...
"You have what it takes. Head to the Tundra to further your training... And while you're at it... Keep doing good."
Shivers, down Dias' spine. He's frozen in place, everything he's done up until this point... Was... Worth it. He turns around and walks away with a smile on his face.
"Ah, I forgot... Take this."
Dias heard the clunking sound of metal hitting the wooden floor. He turns around and sees the esteemed sigil helmet. He carefully picked it up, and analyzed it. The small wings on the side, accompanied by the mohawk like hair at the top.
He put the helmet on and left. He felt more confident than ever, walking out the Knight's Hall. The helmet made him strong, or... Feel strong. All he knows is that this helmet... Is unique.
Finally, finally Dias was a Lieutenant. It was possible for him to be sent on a mission to fight the demon king. There was no need to hone his skills now. For Dias had all that he needed.
He threw away his bronze sword and head to the Training Chambers, which often had soldiers leaving behind their mithril swords to use wooden ones for training instead.
Dias calculated the perfect time to take the sword, when everyone was more focused on their training and when the Lieutenant's eyes were off of the Knights. He dashed forward, taking a random mithril sword and walked away as if nothing happened.
"Maybe it's time to get allies."

House Ragnarok... House Sinful?... House Malkavian... So many choices. Hm, House Famous?.. House... Haru... Ah, I see. House Draft. Or... House, Solan. The House of his very own class. And all he needs? Is to go back to the Knights Hall.
As he turned to head back, someone small suddenly bumps into him. So small he barely even noticed. As if the wind just tugged at his clothes.
He looked down and noticed a girl who was clutching at his hand tightly, attempting to open it. She looked as if she was trying to put something in his hand.
"You! Lieutenant! Catch her!"
Dias turns to the voice to see Knights running at them and turns back to the girl to see her missing, and a piece of paper on the ground. He kneels, acting as if he'd gotten hurt as he secretly picked up the piece of paper.
"If you see that girl once more, don't hesitate to arrest her. An order by the Commander himself." The Knights say as they pass by.
Hm. He gets up and takes a look at the paper with... Terrible handwriting, Dias could make out a few words such as... Knights... Eh. Is this a sign to join House Solan?
Tsk, this can't be. He rereads the paper once more. And notices a few words that he'd glanced over before. "Your Favorite Place." Well that doesn't really help does it? My house? My... Eh, the forest?
Maybe. He digs the piece of paper into his pocket and leaves Sentinel, going into the forest where he used to train. At this point, he remembers the path to and from the little spot in the forest so it takes him just a few minutes to get there.
When he does, he appears from behind the kid who had yet to notice him. She was sitting down on the log he used to lay on. Her clothes, ragged. Her hair, long, and one of her arms covered by a coat. He gets closer, his arm reaching out.
"Great, work Lieutenant."
But a hand stops him in place, grasping at his shoulder tightly.
"It's best for you to stay back, this girl's a monster."
He tries to speak, however his voice is strained. He doesn't know why. He knows he can speak, he knows he should speak but no words come out of his mouth.
He tries to walk, he tries to push the Knight away yet everything he does seems to fail. As if... As if he's come to a halt by the Knights presence alone.
All he could do was watch as the Knight got closer and closer to the girl, raising his blade.
The girl picks up on the faint footsteps. And in a voice that Dias swears he's heard before. She says. "There you are!"
She turns and notices the Knight approaching her with his sword raised.
"Y-You aren't Dias..."
The Knight strikes down however the girl swiftly evades it.
"Dias led me to you."
"..."
...
.
"What?"
Her voice was soft.
Her voice was weak.
She shut her eyes hoping to stop the tears.
Yet she sobbed. She knew she shouldn't have.
In the face of danger, she's crying like a baby.
Her coat, getting wetter and wetter by the second.
With a stream going down her face, she turns and runs. Disappearing into the woods and leaving Dias and the Knight behind.
The Knight doesn't follow, instead he walks back to Dias and takes his hand.
"Welcome to House Solan. Let's move."
In an instant, all the tension in Dias' body immediately disappeared, and with that, he fell to the floor.
Creators note: wow! Let's congratulate dias for becoming a lieutenant!! woohoo!! I think I progressed the story too fast. Anyways, who is that girl? Is she... Perhaps... Alice?! That can't be. Grimm isn't even in this story! Or is he?? yap yap yap I wonder who that Knight is??
