Life may seem to give us things opposite to what we want. We always wanted peace, but we suffered a lot. We want to be financially stable, but the incomes are only to suffice our daily needs. We want to travel, but we lack money. We want to study the course we dream of, but sadly, the tuition is too high. We want to buy something nice but need to secure first the food to prepare for each meal. Every single day is a struggle for everyone. Everyone tries its best to survive for a day. Life becomes a series of survivals of the fittest. Each and everyone experience different types of suffering. There might be someone who loses someone they love. They lose their child, their parents, or they lose their home. Maybe someone lost their jobs, their savings, or much more and took their own lives. Someone might fall into despair due to the problems they face. Someone might be drowning in debt and is struggling to stay afloat. It is undeniable that some of us are slowly losing hope. We feel jealous because other people's lives seem too easy while we are hanging by a thread. We keep wishing that someday we can overcome these hardships and can also experience living the way we wanted. To buy things we like, to eat food without worrying what food to prepare for the next meal. To travel around the world and see other views on earth. To have savings in a bank and to experience chilling at home without any concern about tomorrow. All of us wanted to experience these things and be away from stress. We keep striving hard to survive, but there's a time that we breakdown and cry. It's fine if you feel the burden and want to shut everything away. Try to calm yourself and release all stress to relieve your pain. Take a break from everything; start your day doing simple things that can make you happy. Enjoy the smell of your favorite morning coffee, read something that can make you enjoy it, sleep early, and try to disregard all those stressful things for awhile. Have bonding time with family and talk with each other. You can go to church with your family every Sunday. Face all the obstacles in life head-on. Don't be disappointed if things you wanted to be didn't go the way you wanted. Every time you fall, learn to stand up and continue what you've started. Don't let the problems control you, but you should be the one to control your problems. Others might be priviliged enough to experience luxury things, but if you learn how to handle the problems thrown at you, you can be successful in life too.
